All the laps are done with sport soft tires, so the Enzo is fast as it should be in the game. I expected it to be faster than the lambo, the viper and the other Ferrari's, and it is, so yeah, I think PD got it right 👍

Sad that it took 6 pages to figure that out. Nice work on getting the numbers though. 👍
I assume all those cars were stock?

The first time I drove the Ferrari Enzo in november it was a great car but actually soon over the months I think there was an update that completely ruined the car and transformed it into a human destroyer.

the tub is made from carbon fiber - 10x stronger than steel but so light I could pick it up with 1 hand and its the same story with the body then theres the suspension in normal cars there are rubber components to make the ride more comfortable but you wont find them in an F1 car so you wont find them in the enzo either

Im sorry to have been so technical but its important you know what this car can do and what it does.

see those fans?? those are made to suck air and spit it out to create more downforce, more grip and therfor less chances of becoming human fireball.

because theres no rubber in the suspension Bang! you turn the wheel and its just incredible i have not known any car that cornners like this one , nothing

Now im not talking about the enzo being a car that was only developed by Ferrari top in motorsport racing themselves but it was also mainly tested by 7x F1 world champion Michael Schumacher and he actually owns both an Enzo and an FXX it has been designed to be a civilized grand prix car for the road

but be worried because in GT5 if you try cornering like Schumacher , there will be understeer.

I can't believe no-one's picked up on this yet. You've all just been arguing with a guy who reckons the Enzo is a fan car!? And a guy who thinks that getting 'technical' is talking about the benefits of carbon fibre over steel and solid bushes in the suspension. I would call Ferrari Fanboi-ism, but I noticed his PSN is Reventon, so that's out the question.

Nevermind though, this thread seems to be wrapped up now :)

Well well, I drove this beast for the first time at the ring today, 6 laps, I managed 1, yes 1! clean lap, with a 7:30:XXX, I guess that says it all. I was so shocked I couldn't beat my stock GT-R time: 7:25:xxx.

I mean, I believe I rather drive the F40, which is also a real bitch but seriously, I thought the Enzo was supposed to be "high-end" super fast, well, in my case, it was only 13 seconds faster than the over 20 year old F40 on the ring, I'm in awe. (In a negative way)

What are your times you achieved best with this car (STOCK) on the ring?

I hate it so much that, I bought six of em! :dopey:

Hey it's a great car and all, but not with stock (hard sport) tyres. Those are the ones, which are supposed to represent the real thing right?

Well I don't know about that, because on these tyres the ZR1 is also COMPLETE RUBBISH!

I'm about 3/4 through a comparison of 100 cars around Trial Mountain, just because it's my favourite and the only track I can really max a car on, the Enzo had its turn some time ago and jeez it was hard work, it's one of only 4 cars so far i've marked to perhaps try again later, as I never quite got the "perfect lap", just a number of perfect splits, for me anyway.

But what the first post tells me, honestly, is that it is VERY realistic, in that it's an awesome car in "real life" but still a royal pain in the ass, and far from the ultimate road car. Seriously, the guy in the first clip does not seem happy at all, and the Stig is having to make all manner of random corrections. The Enzo is a flawed diamond.

This pretty much proves what I was saying, a decent driver can take it under 7minutes, so obviously the Enzo is not too slow in GT5, thanks!
decent driver? Did you know that enzo309 is the fastest in with ferrari F1 infact the f10 and by the way he doesn't drive in offline physics he tests the car's online and he's done laps seconds faster than you , not tenths of a second faster but I'm talking about 10 seconds faster than you and like what he says on the thread the gap between both car's is over 5 seconds and the SLR is faster.

By the way this is alau02 I'm gonna add you and let's see what you can do online nord , you can drive the Enzo and I'll be on the SLR , since you keep trying to say you are a 'decent driver' I'm gonna nail you with a 6:40 on the SLR and that's online. With slicks. So if it's slow with slicks that means it grips too much due to the downforce it produces.. Well that's not the case because it really is just like a human fireball.

And stop comparing the Enzo to the gtr which had major suspension problem in nurburgring lap times , the team of engineers recon it's 5 seconds quicker without the suspension problem.
