That's awesome!!!! Wish I would've thought of that first then I'd be kickin ass on that. Haha

@Lessen maybe that's an idea till you get your rig?

I've actually wondered how one might put something like that together. It's pretty damn good if you ask me. 👍

Anybody practicing or otherwise turning any laos tonight? I would like to wind down with a little game time.

I could if you would wanna wait like an hour? Just got home and would like to catch up on some of the Dubai race

@Lessen what you thinkin bout doin? I can go for imola for this or dirt for rally x. Either works for me or we can just mess around with some new combos on pcars. Who's online and wants a vote in what we do?

Sorry Z. I was eating dinner when your invited came through. Ended up watching a movie with the fam.

This is mine. All hand made, sister made the cushion. That's not my house, though, I built it while working in the Olympics in Rio.
I knew I had to have a formula seating position, but not everybody is a fan...

Looks like a great ab workout!!! Would it be easier on you if the back extended up to your shoulders?

I never felt tired on it, to be honest. Feels really good like that, totally supported on the abs and back.
It could probably work if in grows a bit up on the back, curving, but so far haven't felt the need for it.

Really like the simplicity of this rig.
The issue I would have is once I got situated , I would be unable to get my tired old body back on its feet. I could just see me now, trying roll out of this rig, not a pretty site, take my word.

I was afraid of it myself, but never had an issue, even when running long races. But I do stretch a lot, so it probably helps.

And I love your setup. That's amazing.

Which one is it?

Ozone.

I did not like the top they sell as an option so I custom made one. Then I wrapped it with a carbon fiber film. I also added a side table out of scrap wood. I use paddles so losing the shifter mount was a no brainer.

That's awesome I thought I was the only one with obutto. Mines the r3volution. I think the only difference other than a few extra bars is that my tv stand is completly separate from the rig itself.

Imola. Just did some practice laps. 145.079 hot lap best. Avg. was 145.4xx - 145.6xx. I had 50 L of fuel and was on Mediums. Can go over a second a lap faster with softs, however the tires last only a handful of laps.

I think there is still time to made. The chicane part, I am all over the place, over one curb, over both curbs, spinning out, going OB just when I thought I had the line correct. Will watch a few of you to get some better ideas as to a plan of attack.
Also the right hander before the chicane, in between gears, bouncing and spinning out, if not spinning out I am going wide and OB. what gear are you guys taking this turn in, 2 or 3rd. ?

@Alex ONeill I was looking at your rig, nice job , and I noticed where you had the tablet. I have to ask does your right arm cut off the screen? I know when I tried to set mine up I had it down low like yours and my arm would block the screen.

I then went and bought this,

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AUQ33LG/?tag=gtplanet-20

Works great, stays in place, no wobble when driving. Also since I where bifoccals the screen is up high and clear.

Just a thought........

Uhh, sold. You should get a commission!

Raw talent. What a great looking rig. Adjustable seat, steering base and pedals!!!

So is this your new venture, I am certain more than one racer will inquire about price.

AMAZING!!!!!:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

What's with all this wood stuff! Real men use steel and aluminum:D

Not all the real men have a workshop at their disposal...
I built mine with scrap wood because that's what I could work with.

And I agree with @SGETI, if there's a dollar price on that, there will be a market for it.
If you make a formula seating version, I'll give you monies for it.
