Well God that DualSense looks pretty, in black. I hope it's an option.

Bound to be some GT7 footage in there given they've been using it showcase the 8K tech demo's... Annoyingly I have no 8K tech to watch it on... Just hope the announcement isnt a GT Sport 2 instead? Anticipation is building nicely now froth!

Whoohoo can't wait to get excited about all Sony has to offer. Only to find out that my private life allows for 15 minutes of play everyday. Ending up doing nothing at all because you're tired. Welcome to gaming in your 30ies. Life is all fun and games till you finish your study after that it's a straight downward line till you're game over!

    Edit:
    Obviously humorous intent.

Hope Sony don't make the same mistake MS did with their last "gameplay" event, in that we see a substantial amount of stuff and hopefully the console itself.

My guess is there will be GT7 trailers, footage and gameplay, but it will be released next year. Don’t see PD releasing a new GT in 3 years. Y’all saw what happened to GT6. Same as GT5 but with a few new tracks and around 130 new cars...

Don't go in with high hopes = you'll come out the other side less disappointed.

You guys are pretty optimistic. Have we has a GT game shown at a console reveal since PS2?
I think the next GT showing is extremely unlikely but hey, I hope I’m wrong!

This is normally where I put a .gif of an excited Conan O'Brien into the thread. But real life is eating my PS4 time up, I'll likely not be a day one buyer of the PS5.

I guess I better reword my statement from before then. :D
I generally have a preference for my goods to be of a dark shade. I generally don't go for light colour electronics like phones, pads, computers, etc.

Hope it puts me in a better light. Not one for being a racist to the colour of my pad. ;)

Yeah, I'm really really hope they put Pikes peak in there finally... The SSD and hardware is more than perfect for it rendering mountains and large terrains.

I'm currently playing Kingdom Come Deliverance on PS4 and the loadtimes are an absolute pain. If the PS5's SSD helps to minimize those then this is going to be my first ever day one console purchase

Wait til you get to your 40s, all the excitement you get is news like this... The only fun ride i get is the hype train... that's the most i can get these days...
Obviously i am over exagerate a little bit... even the hype train is no longer fun....

but your comment got me laughing lol

I know the feeling, I find myself looking forward to a game, then playing it a couple of times for 30 mins and becuase I'm not spending enough time with it I just don't get into it.

That happened to me with The Witcher 3, which for all accounts is a fantastic game. I started out, knew it was great, but knew it was going to take a long time to get through and haven't played it since. I just know 30 min sessions here and there won't cut it.

I did manage to complete FF7 Remake, I made exception and found time for that game while we're in lockdown. But even then it took nealry 4 weeks and I had to get up early to fit in time before work. I just always have more important things to do, or I'm tired and can't be bothered.

I still enjoy looking forward to games, but it's all so much more... blah, these days when I finally get them. FF7 Remake aside, I'm really glad I made a special effort to complete that.

The rumours were all wrong then...

It's June 4th. They all said it would be June 3rd... :sly:

I’m hoping we see some Nex Gen Gran Turismo and I hope we get a decent bit of it showcased to. I’d love some in-depth information on what we can expect from the next game and at least 1:30 to 2:00 minutes of gameplay. Fingers crossed.

Sony/PD: "We present you, Gran Turismo 7

    Everyone: ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

    Also Sony/PD: "..prologue"

    Everyone: Riot

I hope it won't be GT5 all over again. Lol

Yeah, same. Only excitement I get is the lead up hype. When you're older doing anything somewhat frivolous just leaves your feeling like its taking precious time away from life and chores

So far the 50's have provided 7 hour sessions on average at which point the generator needs fuel.
1st day buyer or when available in OZ.

Polyphony can't afford to make Prologues anymore, they aren't as big as they used to be.
