I was wondering how long Polyphony Digital has the NASCAR licensing and if we may see an appearance of it in GTSport?

One thing is a NASCAR videogame (as a core element) and a videogame featuring NASCAR cars (as a non core element) as in GT5/GT6 and other racing games, so there should be at least two types of License.

NASCAR is pretty liberal with it's merchandise and namesake licenses. I doubt we'll ever see the day when they grant just one video game license such as Porsche seems to have done with EA or whoever holds it now.

IIRC after that deal ended they said they weren't happy with how EA handled the series and wouldn't participate in anymore exclusive deals.
