Porsche will surely want their latest 911 in the game considering it's such a high profile addition to the game getting Porsche back.
Something tells me 2012 cars won't happen. Maybe another DLC pack later on.
Hasn't it already been stated that this DLC will be it for Porsche in FM4? So if there's no 2012 911 in this pack, then there won't be one in this game at all. So I would be very surprised if it's not in this pack.
We just know of a time limited license.
AB: This is a short term deal, correct? Are we going to see future Porsche tie-ups with Forza?
DG: This really was just about the expansion pack.
I just reread the interview with Dan Greenawalt at Autoblog from a few weeks ago.
It certainly looks like he's saying that this deal with EA only covers this expansion pack.
I don't see that in that interview, but if it's true, I'm doubly sure I'm not gonna pay for the Porsche pack in FM4. Any link for this? And Forza Horizon is also covered.

So I'm fairly certain it'll appeal to me.![]()
Forza Horizon could be great if it went with an open world approach and FM4's physics engine. And I don't see a reason to not use it.
Well slap a "sim" label on your game and I'll be ruthless. You seem easy to please, I bet Turn 10 wished all their potential customers were like you![]()
I agree and hope that's what we're getting. It's not like FM4's engine is too hardcore to be accessible to everyone, particularly with its assists.Forza Horizon could be great if it went with an open world approach and FM4's physics engine. And I don't see a reason to not use it.
Test Drive 2 the duel (1989)So Forza will be the only game that uses RUF and Porsche :-)
