Our sweet 8.5 year old great Dane, Dioge, passed away last night.

She survived meningitis twice and was recently diagnosed with liver failure, but she died on the way to the ER vet from a heart attack. She was fine 30 minutes before she passed. She had a great life and everyone that met her loved her.

Just rehoused this little one from a shelter. She’s a bit shy and unsure of her new surrounding hence the crappy picture. Better one to follow once she’s more relaxed.

This is my beauty.I do not know how to translate her name in English,she is eight years old.Here I come back from a bicycle ride and she welcomes me.

 
My Figaro (see #1685) is like that. Follows me around the house, greets me at the door when I come home. Never had a cat do any of that!
