Ok the lag problem is probably if you have too much power in the engine, like if you are using an N/A Tune with a Turbo, or you are using a really high % turbo. Some turbos just don't like some engines, this is a big problem with the F1 engines...

Try using Nissan Z Concept tires, they are the biggest rims in the game.

Only tires that make a difference when you put them on are the F1's or the T1-T8's. So if you took the R34 T8's and switched them with a RX7 T8, it wouldnt make a difference. For this you Edit the .INI file on lines 354-360 and put it to around 101 (for 100 grip)..of course you can go past that but 101 seems to be ideal in most cases. And if you also have a light enough chasis the car will handle like a lightning bolt . Also you can put the downforce (lines 292-296) to 0. And it will increase your downforce and is known to help steering

hey epic whaddya mean it doesnt make a difference?
the size of the tyres changes dramatically from the smallest (mini) to the biggest (the z) and the grip is different as well if u put gt40 t8's on a car itll still slide around all over the place! but with other tyres lets say the vertigo t8's the car will not slide that much at all

The tires never made a difference on my hybrids..unless I put the F1 tires. Other than that it just depends on the weight and if you have ASM TCS on ...dunno may be different for you but I never noticed a difference in 2yrs of hybridding

u say if u have a light enough car right well what if the car is too light i experienced this a day ago i made 2 hybrids and elise 190 and a motorsport elise i put about 2000hp in them both with f1 tyres they both went up to 500kph but then on the first corner of test track they will spin out cos of the problem the car has when its got 2-400hp its too light and the car continues to steer after u take ur finger off the button. with 2000hp that problem is drastically magnified and the things turn way too fast!
so i tried to find a chassis that had the same wheelbase but the closest was 50mm out so i used it n e way now they are both heavier but turn much better ill post both of them up in a min i jus gotta backup my latest save to the pc

Don't think the problem is that it's to light, considering U can build some great handling cars with F1 chassis, which are much lighter. I think those elise chassis just handle bad perhaps because of the weight distribution, and probly if set up properly will handle better. try using the Mira chassis, its the same wheelbase, and it's only 30kg heavier.

Yep, the Lupo Cup Car is also the same WB. When the chassis selection window opens, if U drag the wheel base column to the left, by putting your cursor on where it says wheelbase and holding in your left mouse button while U move the cursor to the left, U can then use the sort 1st col button to put the chassis in order by wheelbase. Come in handy for other things as well, like horsepower, or size of turbo and such.

my newest hybrid is an rx8 with all rx7 (of some description) parts
and i found a color among the cars that is rare like the nsx with boulder opel blue the rx8 also has a flip paint job called EVOLV purple metallic

hey mr. bondy, i tried out your RX-8, and it does look good! if you don't mind, i'm gonna add some downforce and do some tuning to it later...right now i'm busy trying to figure out why werner winkel's cars handle so much better than mine...my 2200 hp superCLK is "spot on" (i heard a british guy say that one time, i think), but i'm having problems with my 7500 hp 3000gt...

on the MK program how do i open a new garage with no cars in it or does it have to have at least 1? And when i put it on my memory card i fire GT3 up and the car in 1st slot dont change and neither do any of the rest......can you help?
