This is mine currently:

The Killers - Read My Mind

I like these two songs, but they arent my favorites...

I like the killers, completely forgot about them though

Not close to my favorite song, but it has been what I've been listening to nonstop lately.

erm you have coded it worng i thin. you put the code on the end of the url in the tags ;)

Snoop Dogg Ft. E-40, MC Eiht, Goldie Loc Daz & Kurupt - Candy (Drippin Like Water)

Yellow hair girl doin it for me actually, all of them:drool:

It's rare I listen to music, but these two of a few from the same artist I've taken a liking to:

Cascada - Everytime We Touch

Cascada - Miracle

It's SO much better uncompressed...

Good idea for a thread!

Peter Bjorn and John - Young Folks

I like your style.

Bjork - Earth Intruders. Took awhile but this song is growing on me.

Built to Spill - Carry the Zero live. Amazing.

Justice - D.A.N.C.E.

i think this is the song most of you never heard (unless you prove me wrong....or that you like alternative indie bands)

Mew - 156

Bloc Party - The Prayer

The Shins - Australia 👍

And good choice there Slick Rick. I know a lot of people tend to frown upon rap music but i was hooked on that song a few months ago when the blue carpet treatment first came out

Rihanna- Umbrella

Best video I've seen in a long time!

Here is my favourite at the moment. Off Radio One's NBM with Fearne & Reggie....
Holloways-Generator

Great song that I haven't heard for a long time. The lyrics are really top-notch.
Blind Melon - Change

That vid doesn't allow embedding apparently... (but you can still see it by clicking on the vid (not on the play button though) and it will take you to the YouTube website!)

Here's one of my current favourite songs - The Divine Comedy's "Generation Sex"... contains a great lyric, a very loosely disguised reference to the death of Princess Diana... "Lovers watch their backs as hacks in macs take snaps through telephoto lenses, chase Mercedes Benzs through the night / A mourning nation weeps and wails but keeps the sales of evil tabloids healthy the poor protect the wealthy in this world'...

Iron Maiden - The Rime of the Ancient Mariner Powerslave 1984
I posted this in the What are you Listening to thread and felt I had to post it here, too.
First of all I have to say that with the Powerslave album Maiden reached the peak of their career and was the greatest heavy metal band out there, by touring for one+ year and performing in more than 300 shows. The album is full of powerful heavy-classic metal tracks, which remain fresh till today. But none of them can be compared with this song. Bruce explains what Maiden was, is, and will be. The two guitarists' cooperation (Dave Murray - Adrian Smith) is excellent with great solo rotations, having as a result this masterpiece. The first time you hear it, you may find it a ''common heavy metal song from the 80's'' but that's not true. Every second of it's 13 minutes length has something that makes this song different from all the others.

Also note that the concert from which this video was captured is called "Live After Death" and is considered to be one of the best (if not best) concerts-live albums of all time

ROFL... that song reminds me of a story my friend told me a couple of weeks ago about the time he was back home in Italy and his family wanted to go to an umbrella museum (?!), which wasn't exactly high on his list of priorities - but after much huffing and puffing, he agreed and they set off for a leisurely stroll, until they realised the place was at the top of a big hill... however, undaunted, they pressed on, and eventually the got to their destination and, to quote my mate "It was 🤬 closed!" :ouch: I couldn't stop laughing and every time I hear this song, it reminds me of it... :D

Oh please - my brother keeps listening to that one over and over.

"Ella, ella, ella, eh, eh, eh..."

Make it stop...! :(

Tell him that it's bad luck to sing about umbrellas indoors... (it's worth a try :indiff: )
