I'm really loving the Deep Purple, I've always loved there music.

P.O.D. - Youth of the Nation

Dragonforce - Through the Fire and Flames

While at work, we play music videos over the TV/overhead, so my favorites change nearly every day. But, that being said, one video stands out in my mind currently:

REM's Shiny Happy People

....God I miss the '90s...

I always thought that song was very like The B52's, although there is a good reason for that since the woman singing on the track is indeed from The B52's... great song, one of their best I reckon, just a shame I find the subject matter increasingly irritating as the years go by :p

The '90s irritating, or REM irritating?

...I always speak of the '90s in a rather fond way, especially with the "kids" at work who are generally too young to remember much of it. They were my formational years, so I have a lot of my consciousness based there. The whole collection of pop culture still tickles my fancy, particularly the music, which had changed so greatly in such a short period of time. I can recall my Mom and Dad being really big into the standard hair metal bands before the grunge stuff came around, Dad went to country music for some reason, and Mom went with the "new" Seattle stuff.

===

More '90s goodness?

Yet another song the kids don't remember, and my "ethnic" co-workers hate...

I hate REM with the passion and intensity of a 1,000 suns. 90's was the worse decade for music, since the 30's.

The only few good songs that came out during it were these... and a few more, but I wont post them all...

Blur - "Coffee and TV"

Zebrahead - "Get Back"

Harvey Danger - "Flagpole Sitta"

Hum - "Stars"

I'm going to have to disagree with you about 90's music. It's really how you look at it and your stile, which is usually split up into category's of how old you are. Like me and my dad for example, when he turns on the XM radio in are car, he would put up classics from the 50's, and 60's. Which at that time was some of my favorite stuff. One of my favorites is probably Procal Harum, and I pretty much picked this off of him. But i am more of a fan of 80's-90's progressive and grudge metal. Bands like Dream Theater which is very 80's, Tool, Pantera, etc.. etc.. I can list the music for days... I think people like the music they grew up listening to. With that said some more of what i have been listening to lately. 👍

Children of Bodom - Downfall

I love COB, recently I have been stressed and angry at times so I like to lean back and listen to some good guitar and for me, I love the scream, reminds me of myself; so that there gets out my anger.

blur comes up with some great videos. I have that one on DVD. 👍

Duke should enjoy this:

Reminded me of that freaky "Magical Mystery Tour" movie.

T.I. feat Jamie Foxx- Live in the Sky

Santana Feat Wyclef;Tyrese?- Maria Maria

War-LowRider

Sorry about this but not too sure how to upload videos, but i would have to say my favourite music video clip would have to be
Coldplay's - Speed of SOund
its like a visual stimulant. Full of pretty colours and the songs is just beautiful (even though i have no idea what its singing about) i wouldn't recommend it to people with epilepsy.

if you have the chance check it out even if u dont like the song you would liek the clip

Coldplay the Scientist would be my favourite song the video clips good too, the links provided:

sleepR all you have to do is to wrap with the youtube tag the code after the =. Your first video has after the = the Eoa1fbQYYX8 if you paste it between them you get this;

Smooth and Maria Maria are my favorites. I think my spanish teacher played another song from Santana

Santana ft. Rob Thomas

Yay, more '90s music above and below!

I was going to put NIN's Closer in here, but I fear it may be too "adult" for the kiddies. I heard it in the car yesterday on the way home from work, and I was blasting it, since I hadn't heard the song in such a long time (other than the track I blast in my head).

...Hmmm, what to post, what to post...

Ah ha!

A good song to scare the kiddies in a different language...

It always feels "right" blasting this song in my Jetta doing 80 MPH down the highway with my sister screaming in the back...

And while the topic is in discussion, Rammstein must first be followed by Rammstein, and then of course by the Prodigy.

...and I was planning on posting Smack my B**** Up, but decided against it for the same reasons as NIN...

Always been a Simon Webb fan, but his current single Grace which features in the Fantastic Four movie, is my favourite so far!!

also have to add this. its my most favourite song and i love listening through headphones when soaking in the tub!

Massive Attack and Teardrop

One of the best songs from one of the best rap/hip-hop albums ever.

Can't say the same for either of the other two you posted, though.

Kool Keith is a legend how dare you speak negatively about him. As for Fort Minor what's wrong with that song? Granted it's not his best song but he's a terrific hip hop artist.

Here's Beefy's "Applesauce Baptism"

I'm really digging Optimus Rhyme's remix album. (Just came out today!)

No videos out for the songs on it, though, so I'll just put up one of my favorite songs from their 2nd album.

My favorite song does not have a music video made by the artist, would a live performance be alright?
