Porsche 917 Living Legend - 800PP - Racing Medium Tires - All Track - 1.34
Same pace as the Porsche GT3 RS (991) '16 - 800 PP - Racing Soft tires - All Track - 1.32 I did my best to turn it +- sane . A very good car anywhere. Just take care when late on brake giving too much wheel angle. For the rest , full gas.

Set for Nordschleife , the chassis is formidable as expected , the unique problem is the peaky engine , low rpm turbo or no turbo aren't as performant as this high rpm turbo , beside this others options are inducing an annoying sudden wheel spin.
The car now is on this edge , excelent grip and very precise front end , a great pleasure to drive around the ring. Shift above 8000 rpm.
Also this car is a top 3 550PP on Nordschleife , could be number 1 but the last straight kill his performant due to a medium top speed.
I've tested a 700PP version but need more work tomorrow.

Have you run a Tokyo Rain 600pp version of this car you like? I’ve messed with a couple, but haven’t found a sweet spot.

I know this car has been in the game since GT6, but 2023 was my first year with Gran Turismo and my first year I started caring about and paying attention to cars in general. Still making new discoveries daily. I love that this car was "inspired by a naked woman on a beach," and that the dash instrument panel displays the Viper Stryker emblem when you are redlining and need to shift. Such a cool design.

Sub 4 minutes FM6 for 3 laps. Also performant for technical track , just remember the low downforce for a race car , drive it like a road car.

Still great. Had to lower the PR to 99, otherwise, still a great car. Thanks.

PS: No swap for this one.😉

I've got all the correct parts but it shows 607.08pp and the gear ratios are all correct for me apart from the last 3 numbers for some reason

Finally i did a test on those kind of Rally cars. It's not easy to drive very fast but the performance is excelent , lor better than stock. Don't overdrive it and avoid grass.

Hi m8 this link is wrong in the “ All cars” list as it says '71 Instead of the correct '73. On second thoughts it looks like this entry needs to be removed altogether as you don't currently have a 3.0 CSL '71 post 1.27 do you?

Hey Praiano! Any chance for a tune of the Ford Focus swap??
I don't think , not for this week . Carnaval coming this week and a lot of work. I still have to finish a couple of cars yet.

Fixed.

All good!! Enjoy Carnaval, you deserve some time off 😉
Carnaval for me is a lot of work , noise , very bad music and a lot of drunk people to manage. I've spent a lot of carnavals when i was younger . I don't like the way it is actually. Anyway , just a week to make some money.

Is Carnaval right in your back yard? What do you do to make money from it?

I'm sure it's chaotic, but I'd like to experience it one time :)

As mentioned before, typically really like your setups, one of the reasons i came back to this game. Do however notice something. Some of the 4WD setups seem to have the same characteristics, especially this one, which is (snap) oversteer on braking and turning and/or corner entry. Is there a specific reason for this or do I need to adjust my 4WD driving style? :) The R33 swap setup seem to suffer from this as well, however the 22B setup doesn't. Interested to learn why this occurs. Thanks!

I did a full 1H race with the same car but with a 200kg ballast version. This last option here is very light , 1.5 seconds faster/ lap 198kg less , i think it'll do the 25 laps race no stop , or even 26 laps with a good pilot . FM1 full gas.

Congratulation to the livery to RUCCY46.

Most of the 4WD have a very lazy front end. I always try to set my 4WD cars to be alive , responsive to wheel input , brakes and acceleration. You can brake late and strong but you'll have to manage your wheel angle. If too much , you can lose your rear end it's true.
But they Also are reactives and they responds to trail braking , much more than others non-responsive 4WD cars that you'll have to drive passively , waiting the car turning around the apex. I prefer the first option if possible. Some cars refuse totally to accept this kind of settings.
If you prefer the 2d option , without surprise but less eagerness , you can rise rear LSD decelleration and/or reduce rake lowering rear end. Up to you , but the best option would to do another new setting according the news behaviors. Others parameters would have to be change too.

That's interesting, losing the rear is repeatable and typically happening on the same spots so i can try to manage this corners better. I do also like a strong front end a lot more than lazy front end. Will play around with your suggestion on the LSD/rake to see the difference. Thanks a lot!

Also it can happen that the car to floor . If the car have low rear spring rate with a low rear ride height down a compression like foxhole or similar .

I love this car! Never even considered it for the Alsace mission. This is going to be fun. Now I just need to find some free time.

How did you enjoy it in VR? Should be fun for sightseeing on that track :)

Awesome. Can't wait to give this one a try with your adjustments. And your friend rankings look like the RX500 '70 is a good one to tune for this race too. But put that on the back burner. I know you have plenty on your plate at the moment.

For GR1 Daytona 10 laps race. 1 stop FM1. No stop is possible with Racing medium FM6 but not a good option dur to the bloody Valerio Gallo !

Hi @praiano63 would you recommend this car for Menu Book 48: World Touring Car 900 and would you recommend to lower the PP to 900 by adding ballast or reduce the Output Adjustment/Power Restrictor?

or you would recommend Lexus RC F GT500 '16 - Maxed - Racing Tires - WTC 900 Events - 1.40

VR is really fantastic. It's a new game for me. I spend half of my time checking the cars in the garage also. The Honda on Alsace is very fast , my faster car for sure , but not my the best driving sensation. Just goog , due to the still resident understeer. Not so much but for not real for an old MR monoplace racing car.

There is not so much cars around 900PP . The best way to know is to test all by yourself helped with a ghost. Then you'll be able to chose one , fast and fun to drive.
hi praino could you take care of the bmw m6 gt3. THANKS
I'll check a maxed setting when time.

I did a test this morning before the job and i think i'll do something for the Mazda RX500 for Alsace mission. I've bought a new body and a new engine and try some options.
Comfort medium / 200 kg ballast position 17 . Turn the car very performant , fast and grippy considering the comfort medium use. I also take out the Racing brakes system to gain some power. It seems excelent to drive also. Need a alsace setting and some test of course. Soon when time.

Radical SR3 SL'13 - 700PP - Racing Hard Tires - All Tracks - 1.40

Just one tip for this car , just don't downshift high RPM entering a turn , fast , medium or slow speed. The amount of torque is big on this light car and can provoque a lost of grip of the rear end. Nothing dramatic but you'll lose speed , or spin if you give too wheel angle at the same time. A wonderfull toy all around any track.
