Like I said, in Championship Series you can, but guz02 explicitly noted that it was a 3-race series, and off the top of my head there doesn't exist any 3-race Championship Series, which means you can't win it again.

oh well there u go, i won one in a 10 race championship series and a 3 race series

Single bonuses cannot be re-win. Only multiple bonuses can be re-win again and again. But it's totally random on what car the black circle will fall on.
