Sorry to be mean fgt, but this game is unplayable on my PC even with the low spec setting. I'm only getting 8 FPS :(

Previous demo and the low end demo don't run too well on my PC either. 20-25 FPS for both.

If you're expecting some problems with jumping/low fps please write me your PC specs here : project.ignition.racing@gmail.com

And also, try theese FPS Test builds. It should run ultra-smooth. Then give us a feedback on the fps perfomance on our email with your PC configuration.
If it doesn't - I'm sorry, your PC has lower perfomance than an old smartphone :)

Note that theese builds were made especially for testing on low-end devices, and doesn't has sweetest graphics on the world and other stuff from the current High builds

As we will receive the feedback,we will see what we can do with it

On the low end BRZ build I get 100-120FPS during standard gameplay and 60-80FPS while recording compared to 20FPS on standard gameplay on the new demo.

Well, that's what you get when you turn off all the graphical corrections and improvements from the game :D

We will rebuild the latest demo for low PC's again in a couple of days to see if it will give a good result, stay tuned

Hello everyone!

Well, first of all, I want to thank everyone who gave us the information about perfomance on different settings and devices! That's a very valuable information for us!

The bad news - I got seriously ill , I couldn't even get out of my bed for 4 days.
That's why thre's no big news for now.
Today I feel a bit better and I actually worked for a little bit. I beleive that I will get well in a couple of days, because I drink a lot of hot tea :D

Also,if you have missed that,we strated testing the perfomance on the android version of the game.
You can find more info on our Facebook Page!

Enjoy the extremely blurred picture of me,working on one of the most beautiful cars in the world! :D

I was so freaking relieved when I finished the 1000 Miles! race. My poor Superbird though...

Yes,It is.

Please, don't post offtopics and a lot of big picture, okay?

We will release some more footage as soon as I will get well, stay tuned

My laptop is quite old so I can only play the BRZ (low fidelity) demo, and I must say I prefer the physics of the older build (the one with the Alitalia Countach). It could just be an old build or the car being different though.

Keep up the good work :) 👍

You guys are awesome. I've just downloaded the showroom demo for my Galaxy S4, and dang does it look good on an Android device. Can't wait for the release. I need to download the demo for Windows today, to see what it's like playing the game. Kudos to you guys!

Wow guys, this game looks awesome. I'll grab it for sure! And I will be more than happy to donate after I've tested it!

Oh and one thing. I would be sooooo happy and thankful if you guys added a Nissan Primera / Infiniti G20 P11. So much memories with all of the Primeras(except the ugly P12), and the G20s ofc. Dad gave mom a Primera before he passed, and since then she has owned two, and I've owned three. Working on making my Primera into a G20 now in fact. The biggest project so far, and a salute to my dad for introducing me to this fantastic car. Haha.

Hey fgt, haven't heard anything in a while. How's the progress coming?

Hello everyone! I'm gonna reply to you and ask some questions ;)

Thank you! We're working hard to optimize the game and right now we are getting amazing results of 120 fps in 720p mode on an extremely low-perfomance Win XP PC!
The physics feels different because the cars are different! The rally-prepared Countach has a AWD, and the BRZ has the RWD. However,we are working hard every day to improve our physic model!;)

Thank you! We love the fact that you love cars like we do :)
We are going to add all different kinds of cars, from classics and racing legends to the rarest cars, exotics and modern race cars! Cars will be coming from Japan,USA,Europe and even Russia, stay tuned for more details soon!

Can there be a demo for the Vita?
Sony is not accepting alpha/beta indie projects in shops untill they're totally finished, so theonly thing we will be able to show you in future is a game, running on a dev kit ;)

@ferrari gt Out of curiosity, how are you guys making the cars? Scanning? CAD data? hand modeling with images as a reference? Some of these cars look as if they have been ripped from other games because they are of such a high quality and you seem to be churning them out so fast.

We would love to scan real cars, because It's the most accurate way to reproduce a car,but we can't afford that for various reasons.
We are using the most common method of modelling with blueprints and reference images.
We model a half of the car and then mirror it. This process might take a long time if the car is rare and uncommon, sometimes we actually have to draw our own blueprints.(For example, the Moskvich 412 and Toyota FT-1)
And sometimes we are using Gran Turismo Photomode to take some pictures of tricky places and textures.(For example, the Lamborghini Countach LP400)

Making a model is not a fast process at all,but since we're working in a small team,It's a bit faster, because while someone models a car, other members can prepare textures, search for engine data and other important things.
But even when the main works are finished,we have a lot of stuff to do. For example,we need to record engine sounds and make the car feel in the game like the real one,and It's pretty hard for us to do it.

We are doing our best to make cars look like the real ones even in the low-poly state for the mobile devices(For example, our cars don't have detailed interiors, and that makes the game run faster on older devices ) and we're using some professional tricks to achieve a higher level of detail on all platforms and devices.

Theese days, our member Dmitry is modelling the McLaren 650S!
However,he has a lot of work to do with this car before it can be tested in the game.
