Is there a pic of the Nissan 300ZX from teh 80s anywhere? I drive a 1986 Nissan 300ZX personally and was wondering, I saw it on the car list. By the way, the 300ZX wasn't made until '84. So there's no way it could be an '83 model.

Actually the first 300ZX was dated in June, 1983 which is the japan version, The 83 that's in GT4 is the same car based on the Japanese version of the car, When it came to the US the first one was called the Anniversary ZX in a Two tone Gold and black and was also a Turbo for the 1984 year, And it was pretty much the same car other than a few Gauges!

It wasn't brought to the states until '84, Japan had it first (seeing as how it was built there o_O) which is why it is labelled an '83.

Also not to offend or anything but id really like to know why Lancias and DMC Deloreans are so popular.
 
Lancias I can see in a "sublime" way more sometimes but for the Delorean I'd have to agree... especially after watching Back to the future 1, 2 and part of 3 :shutter: (I hope you all know what Back to the future is... :rolleyes: )

The Lancia Delta HF Integrale it's the only rally car that win 6 time consecutive the WRC. Every Italian man love this car, for us it's a legend, an eternal mith.
 
um.. myth isnt the exact word i think you were looking for. i think Legend would be more suiting :)

i cant believe someone questions the popularity of Lancias... thats funny :) I"ve only seen 1 in my whole life since I live in the states. But i watch WRC once in a while. (old and new)
 
DeLoreans have brushed stainless steel body too! Who cares if there slow, they look cool :sly:

I like Lancia Deltas too, was my favourite rally car in the early 90's.
 
I'm shouting out to my boy PimpRacer down there in Florida. Great job on the pictures. I haven't clicked on any of them yet, but even when not seeing the full picture, these pictures are b*tchin'! The pictures really do look like you're watching TV or perhaps stepping in front of it in real life. I still remember seeing an Aston Martin DB7 at the Houston Auto Show last year (this year's show is coming up, as a matter of fact). Since playing GT1, I've seen the sweet DB7 up close and personal. It was the first Aston Martin I've ever seen in my life in person, and it was very cool.

But I look at most of the other pictures, a lot of people would say "what aging PS2?" Hey, if Madonna can still look good past age 40, then why not the graphical capabilities of the PS2? Cowboy hats off from all us Texans to PD for a great job. If us Americans will have to wait until March to get the game at long last, there's a reason why it's called "March Madness." And it's not because of college basketball once GT4 hits town...
 
the lancia is nothing for me... my italian friend got his 3th HF.

Allways same thing... Turbo broke...Or engine. And also the other guys i know who drive this car. Say its nice...but if you got problems. Then you better sell it or buy a new one. It doesnt stop... its a chain reaction. 👎

anyway... Everyone can buy what he like's

For me i would pick a Evo...

and its 3.xx GB!!!

It didn't work in my PS2 (model 39001 NTSC/US) ):

But some peoplr confirem that the game is FULL and it contain many cars and the full music list and the opining move !!!!!

can someone here explaied why?!!!!!!

Btw... I was testing today more then a hour GT4 online.

Let me explain that way...

im from switzerland and the other one was from UK (thats means both from europe). ping about 40-70ms. And it was ok... kind'a laggy. but nod hard... just a bit. Its like you dont game in real 60FPS. But its fun! We didnt stop to game. and that is what i'm gonna do right now again.

My Connection is 3Mbit DL speed and 1Mbit UL speed.
And his is 1.5Mbit DL speed and 256Kbit UL speed...
No i was not the host...maybe 2 times. so even he with 256k upload was the host. and it run's nice. It depends more on the ping (i think). every other thing is good (kind'a plus) i was also talking with Hajaz to tell him the news.

So guys i will try more... like 3player gaming and 4player gaming. but the 4th player is from the us with 110ms-180ms. So we will see what happen's on that thing. So for every other user who will game online in next few days... its cool! 👍 2good drivers with low ping. and nürburgring with the right cars. You will never stop to game :)

Did you try the disc on another modded PS2? There are working copies of GT4, but they are not burned. These discs are pressed silvers from HK, China, Taiwan, or some other country :p. Besides... GT4 is worth every penny ;)
 
i have several questions. i'm sorry if they were already answered, but please excuse me for not wanting to scroll through 193 pages.

will the US version have nitrous, backfiring, animated pit crews, etc? also, are you able to save during the endurance races unlike gt3 (which really pissed me off)? are the formual one cars up to date? as in 2003-04 models? and what other differences are there from gt3 as far as driving style and car characteristics??

I doubt that about the f1's, backfire, nitrous, and pit crews would probably not chnage maybe a .001% chance, endurance saves are a no also a highly unlikely chance of it being added later. Also gt4 is made for the dfp not for the dual shock 2, unlike gt3 so driving with the dual shock would proabbaly change a bit.
 
like in what way would it change? is it going to be a crappy, ps1 type driving? will it still be quality or are you saying that an overpriced game conroller is mandatory?

No you can use the Dual Shock but the driving experience is basiclly junk compared to the DFP with GT4.

I just played GT4 (copy version) and it is chiness not japaness :indiff:
I cannot understand anything, but finally managed to win some races and open couple of licenes.

any help to get fast money and a speedy car compared to my user toyota supra.

The chiness virsion begins with 10,000cr only. :scared:
