Perfect! Here's my entry. I did the following things to it:
-tires (changed, made them better)
-Lowered
-made paint scheme (red on body was tough, blue for the bird was worse)
-front end (Added GTO front end, which didn't quite fit so I added the intakes next to the front).
-Spoiler
-rear burnout
-finishing touches (getting rid of splotchy areas on decals, removing doors...)

Id absolutely get rid of the wing. but what the heck. the blower is a good adittion. I may blown mine too. Im gonna make a wagon out of it. maybe ill start it tonite.

I wanted to make it look like an unfinished drawing/painting.

I did all the car with the line tool first (about 500 lines). Then I coloured some parts and used the cutout filter on them. The background I did with watercolor and smudge stick filtters, then freehand tool.
