I thought this fad was over about ten years ago.

What fad? Lifted mini trucks? I don't really see anything questionable about it. It's alot better than lifted trucks with the 20 inch chrome rims and chromed out everything.

I find lifts...somewhat...questionable, but it's a bit of a zone of contention.

The problem with that one: It's too tall to really be an effiecient off-roader. the most that could really do is the popular rural midwestern sport of "Mudding"

when you live in 'the flat' what else can you do offroad except Mudding? Besides sinking a truck to it's windows and then sinking 2 more trucks trying to pull that one out and then getting them all out with a tractor is what weekends were made for.

Lifted trucks are awful because a good chunk of the owners never bother to take them off road and when they drive them around on the road they can't see other cars and their headlights are directly in my rear view mirror. Also they never properly extend the fenders so they throw rock debris everywhere. I think lifts on trucks should be illegal for on road use.

I was just about to post that one :D

Still miss Joey's Blazer though:(

Yeah...that fad. I totally wanted an 87 Toyota extended cab back in the late eighties. I had this vision of 35 inch tires or bigger and I wanted it to be black with all the neon blue accessories that I could get. Things like the hood skinz, roll bar light covers and a nice tight tonneau cover. Sadly, I even wanted the neon blue windshield wipers. Just as I became of driving age I discovered mini trucks and my life became dragging the ground verses sitting sky high.

It would have looked alot like this but in black and blue

Don't worry it happens to the best of us.

It all ended back in 98 when Colorado went to the emission systems that make you drive onto the rollers. My truck would have gotten stuck and I couldn't get the emissions done. I didn't want to go through the hassle of lifting it back up so the Nissan went away.

That van is probably just on airbags, a lot of vehicle do that when aired out

I can't imagine, then, how high that Bosozuku Kei Car (It's a Kei car, that's right, look at the VIP car alongside) rides when it's aired up. That's incredibly serious tilt, even for 'bags.

I'm thinking more along the line of hydraulics. Either way...it's OOGLAY.

Been watching Back to the Future at the time?

I'll give it about 3 hours before a mod finds that. That basically breaks every rule of the AUP. Evar.

Here's one I saw yesterday...now I'm not a fan of "racing stripes" on a low end car anyways, but this red car with GREEN stripes....:yuck:👎

1. Take one classic retro hot hatch
2. Marinade for about an hour
3. Slap on some frankly weird front lights
4. Ruin it completely with some ridiculous doors.

And for the Capri, follow steps 1-3, and begin step 4, but bottle out before you have chance to finish it.
