I may have finagled something...
Slight update, now the lights turn on/off when they are actuated:
Now I just have to get the tail lights brighter, might need to wire them separate or something...
A couple more pics and an updated .gif of the headlights:
This Traxxas TRX4 with the F-150 Raptor body looks great..
Question which of this two is better?
I don't have to much money for something more expensive so this would have to do.
RC CAR 1
RC CAR 2
when you select the pics of the box you'll see its actually the exact same car...
keep in mind that it is a toy grade r/c, it won't be very fast, upgradable, or usually even repairable...
also I've never heard of that brand before
Well that's good cause its my first time buying rc cars and i just want something simple.
Gonna buy this one and the normal p1 and fxx-k
Thanks for the reply @Zychotic1
$117USD for a toy grade 1/14th car is a terrible idea imo. You could buy an entry level tamiya onroad kit and source the rest of the electronics used for cheap and have an infinitely better car.
You can have a Tamiya TT-01 kit for about $90-ish USD, plus maybe $50 in transmitter and a steering servo and it will be quite a bit better than a typical toy grade RC lol
Granted, you have to build and paint the Tamiya, but that is half the fun with RC IMO. Even the RTR's I occasionally buy I end up altering over time, as I randomly upgrade parts that break or parts I am not as happy with.
Anyway a couple new RC purchases, both Axials:
@Venom800tt How do you like the SCX10.3? Recently sold my Redcat Gen 8 after buying the Axial UMG10 6x6 and didn't have a need for the Gen 8 anymore. I'm still not liking the fact they put a 2 in 1 esc on that truck....
