Good to see i have some company next to me Brad 👍

I still only have a 59.9.

All i want is .3 more!! i know i can, but its so frustrating. 1 more day to try.

0´4 faster than dan´s time, and according to him, that´s the limit for this combo. but i still hope to get into the 25´s... i can find some extra time if i nail every corner...

not the only one there, with 0.3 being the amount i am chasing as well... ah well i have another 2 weeks to chase that precious time down...oh and well done Colby on breaking into the 3'00 bracket...
 
new update:

1´26´073

made 2 mistakes, cost me 0´3, otherwise it was a perfect lap.

i will not stop until i get a 25. from now on its 2 hour sessions each day until the deadline:tup:

i´m also posting my new replays each time because i´m too afraid of getting a corrupted MC again

Just smashed my previous best by 3 seconds! I'm now within a pube of my ultimate goal of under 14 minutes. I'll get it too. 👍

I dont think i can beat my 59.9 :(. And i dont think i can make podium unless i do :indiff:

I just cant do T1 - T2.
 
great splits casio except for the discraceful T1 opening, i'm sure with a bit more time at it u'll reck that barrier, and to fasj8, really fast time there, i only spent like 30 mins or so on it, so i wasnt really sure of the limit, but that looks like a winning time right there;)
and nice effort colby in breaking the 3'01 barrier, still lapping 2 secs slower per lap than my effort, so if u could only get to 1 sec slower per lap u'll be doing great mate

Update:

I'm reaching T1's of 29.59x right now. I have retried so many times now, it seems that I'm near perfection upto T1. But it's not all about T1 (unfortunenately). Then the ******* part after T1 comes and I seem to screw that part constantly... :yuck:

And just as casio I'm having T2's of 1.10.9xx but I feel there's more time to take. It's all about getting that perfect lap. When that magic lap comes 1.29.9xx will be possible without a doubt. But getting to that perfect lap demand a lot patience...:scared:
 
I will certainly keep trying to scrape more time off, for now though here is my current race, it is squeaky clean too which is always comforting 👍

Plus i now have a 59.822.

will get a 59.6 :p then submit.

If i add up all my best splits i get

However some of those are quite flukly so almost impossible to do in one lap.

I will hopefully get a 59.6/5 then submit it. Though i will be submitting before i go to bed tonight, so i have at least a 59.822 so far.

nice times there, if only u could repeat ur T2-finish sector on a .2 or low .3 split, u'll be in the .6xx easily

yeah indeed, i think i failed in the T2- finish sector, he has a high 2'55 so he's just over a second faster, which was all made in lap 2, i did only spend 2 hours on it so i'm sure i would have been in the 2'55's easily with another 6 hours playing, he had a T2 .3 slower on lap 1, but due to poor technique i lost alot in the section immeditaly following that

how do you get all this info, do you have him as one of your contacts or did he post this info in another forum, and i am sure you could have got down to 2'55 after another 6 hours on it ;)

i would be very scared to know that somebody has a low 25... i hope that´s not the case... 6 days left = 12 more hours to cut some time:tup:
 
Yes, i heard that very few will have a 1'25 and that a 1'25 is very fast.

Its getting really hard to put together a lap to beat this, as you need to do flukey corners in sucession.

Just submitted this time. Now i feel much better.

My splits say i can go faster guys, but really i did my best and put in a great amount of effort. I already know 1 person beat me, but considering the absolute limit is a 59.3 (this is very crazy) i did quite well. Every 1 of my 3 sectors where not my best, but they were far from shabby as well. Realistically unless a major fluke happened i wouldnt be able to go much faster than a high 59.6xx.

Fingers crossed i made a podium. :cheers: 👍
 
yeah i spoke to zoky on msn, he's rarely on it, and he was happy to exchange his info on his race, but not his exact final time, i was very suprised at his lap 2 time, i really must have totally botched it, or maybe the car just did a **** in the middle of the course somewhere, and i never saw where it came from.

been staying up to 5am in the morning these days, nothing better to do except train for eswc and watch the world cup matches, good news, recieved my passport today in the mail, and its all systems go for poofy paris

It looks like you did well on your race Dion. Whatever happens, so be it. 👍

As far as my race goes, here is what I have done, and am trying to do.
1'31.0-.2
1'23.4
1'22.99-1'23
1'22.8-.9
1'22.8-.9
1'23.9-1'24 (ai passing)
1'23.4
1'22.9
1'23.0
1'23.3 (tires burning off the rims. lol)

my best lap is a 1'22.67 but it was insane and slightly dirty on the last turn.

The best race I have heard so far is a 14'07.9 but that is slow. 14'03 is very good, and I am at 14'01.4xx. The biggest problem is that there are a bazzilion different AI setups, and you never get the same one twice. So once you hit on a good one, you have to ride it like a pony to try and get a good race b4 you exit. I still think that an under 14 minute race is possible. But I am getting close to my limit........I think. :sly:
 
for the person that´s going to check my last replays. if i don´t get better, my best save is the 1´26´073. on that lap, i spent a good amout of time trying to get a photo with 3 wheels off in the fast left hander before T1, but i didn´t. its clean but its close.

waiting to see if anybody can confirm that, only this replay needs to be verified:tup:
 
fasj- I didnt check your new replays but I did watch your other 2 that you had posted earlier that were both 1.26.3~ and in my race on Grand Valley East reverse they say that that concrete after T1 (for yours) on the left is not considered track.

I don't know about the rules for yours though so Im not sure if its legal for you.
 
jmgyro, as far as im aware as long as you dont hit cones, walls or drive more than 2 wheels in grass/dirt, your ok. But i dont think its faster if you cut the concrete anyway, so no need to worry.
 
I was talking about fasj's time. I know on mine you never need to do that but I was saying since the tracks are similar I was refering to that part of the track and they said it was illegal.

Although for fasj's time using that concrete after T1 saves a ton of time especially in a very fast car, maybe a second there.
