HOLY 🤬!

First of all, 3 cars retire, one due to a mechanical error (that's another DNF type ticked off), but two more cars retire after having pitted on the penultimate lap, leaving 15 cars in the race. 3 more cars got knocked the 🤬 out between the last corner and the finish in a pileup involving at least 5 cars.

If that's not worthy of being featured in a "Crazy Moments" video, what is?!?
 
I have made a few changes:
Bridgestone, Pirelli and Continental logos were replaced by Playstation, Gran Turismo 6 and Polyphony Digital logos.
GTR2 logo has been added.

Tell what logo is the one with the N and the S, so I can put it in the livery.

@rallymorten Thank you for the previews. I don't know why swift's front bumper looks off, but I'll look into it. Also, on Dur's stripes....

Oh! I don't know why swift's stripes aren't matching up unless they scale somewhat. Maybe looking a samurai's will help? Dur's just nees some matching. Both schemes will be done soon, but I assume @DurWinning would like the sponsors from the 917 as well.
 
How many drivers can get in a race of GTR2?
 
Welp, time to do some work. Note to all who are doing full-length stripes, the front bumper does NOT scale directly with the rest of the car. I'll have to do some trial and error to find the ratio, and I assume the rear bumper also doesn't scale exactly either.



EDIT: Here is samurai's updated scheme. To note, the body stripe is 80 pixels wide, the stripes on each bumper are 86 pixels.

Just Google GTR2 trailer and it should be the first one it's the 24 hrs. At Spa.

1: I've just finished voice recording for Watkins Glen. The computer will spend the rest of the day turning that into a video that YouTubeable and upload it tomorrow.

2: We haven't had the first points-race yet. What do you plan for season 3 of your rally championship? Same question, really.

You did, but these are updated versions, Dur's needed some better matching around the wheelwells and I noticed both samurai's stripe and swift's stripes didn't match up right, so I'm using samurai's as a test.
 
Time for this old dog to learn new tricks. I will attempt to do my own skin for SPA .
I understand about layers and stuff not to sure about alpha channel see something about in post.
I run Windows 7 and have paint shop pro x4 but I don't like it. I found a Windows version of gimp 2.8.14.
Gimp I like since I used it in Linux. First time I use Windows. I have lots of time to learn and I am sure if I need help it shouldn't be to far to find ;).
Ok download complete transfer this baby to my puter from my phone and see what this Windows gimp looks like.

Ps : Is there a logos bank you fellow use or you just search the net ? What about copyrights need to worry about that?

I use Google to find them and modify as needed, and while I have 0 legal knowledge, I believe that because we can pull most of these off Google and no money, or items of value, changes hands, I believe it all falls under 'Fair Use'.

Then again, YouTube people had issues for a while, sooooo....

Google search, and try and make sure it's a png image without a background (in the google images preview it will show grey and white squares instead of white space). This will mean you don't have to waste time getting rid of the white space in photoshop. Though white space is fairly easy to get rid of, you can always just magic wand the white space and delete it. I'm not sure what the "magic wand" is in Gimp though, or if it has it?

Usually, copyright issues aren't a problem (with the exception of any trademarked FOM properties) since no one is getting any financial gain out of this so you are basically free to use them as you like. I do recommend finding logos in PNG format as I find them to be the best quality ones and in some cases, they are on transparent backgrounds so no cutting is necessary to use them. If you can't find those format logos, then JPEG is the next best thing.

Yes that is what I figure but just wanted to make sure. Just playing with Gimp at the moment a bit different in windows but it's all good still use .xcf for saves no ploblem, just exploring to find how to make the layer move instead of lock. :)
