Speaking of racing, I just remembered something. How many races are we concept rookies doing? Wasn't it something like five races or something? That means we may only have both Canada races left on our schedule...

I don't think so, I'd call it super realistic roleplaying if anything...

Nonono. Just taking a realistic approach. If you go roof first into a fence then are nailed and get hit several more times, realistically, you cant survive that.

I had a dream along that line once, maybe more, except the roof got peeled back, the driver fell out after the belts came loose, and the driver was also hit by multiple cars....and barely lived.

Considering I was driving, I don't think I slept well for two weeks after.

I can't complain with a top 5. Would like to see myself in victory lane sometime though. :) Just drove a clean, smooth race so I'm happy with the performance of the #9 Pontiac.
 
Considering how weird this race was and to finish in the top 20 without some incident, this is a good day

On a minor note, on the driver list the sponsor still says Gatorade rather than Pittsburgh Steelers/Heinz.
 
Welp, it seems the thing about performance is very much true in my case. That's all I'll say for now.
 
C'mon @nascarfan1400, get your tagging right, you're ignoring drivers. Pay attention, dude! :lol:

Also, did the A.I. mail it in for this race? It seems they had a few screws loose. Durwinning and Mr. Unknown asking "How do pits work?" And then everybody shuts off and Carbonox pulls an outside move (literally)... I am not sure if the A.I. is the right one for this track, but that might need some discussion over it.

And of course, my engine picks an awfully good time to go boom. I thought we had understood this after Eldora, dangnamit! :mad: Now Bambi is only getting more points after this for the concept cup.

Guess overall it wasn't a super exciting race, you only raised up your voice for the major hits. Maybe the next one will bring more of the good stuff.
