It's kind of unfair to rate a song low because of the visuals provided with it.

The score had nothing to do with the visuals, it would've gotten the same score regardless.
It would've been better if there were no subtitles...
I can't give a negative so 0/10, how can you actually listen to that?
These are your exact words.
It seems to me you were also judging the visuals, but I may have just understood.

Eh.. Tbh it was kind of boring. Not their finest tune. 6.5/10
Maybe he would'e preferred to not have known it was about an adolescent girl taking her panties off. At least that's what I gathered it was about.
Anyway, moving on.
Angry men shouting about no reprieve etc. Didn't do much for me, 4/10.

5/10
It was very interesting. I really liked the guitars.
3/10 Pretentious posers
Not sure how you got that out of them.
. It's Bauhaus, never my favourite band but one I'd struggle to find a criticism of. Not their best track IMHO.
Because it sounds like someone showing off to me...
Still don't see it.. The song is pretty simple. And if you take note of the band name its the polar opposite of things you claim. Don't really care about grades, just wanted a reason with substance.
Its silly how you claim a mosh band is pretentious
indie band that tries nothing but to stand out. Which good music does not make.
I apologise most sincerely if I have offended you. I based the style and tone of my statement off of what people who had previously posted in the thread had used.
I said that I found them to be 'pretentious posers' because that's how most heavy metal sounds to me. I used to like that sort of music, but at some point I went right off it (except Rage Against The Machine and Led Zeppelin, they're cool) and started finding just about anything with traditional guitar solos pretentious. I understand that our tastes differ, and that we have every right to have differing tastes, and express our different tastes.
People should not argue about things as ridiculous as metal vs indie, especially when a greater enemy exists.
Manufactured Pop Music...
There is no such thing as good music. Music is subjective. The music you love is just as good as that which I love, but I may not like yours and you may not like mine. That is the way things are.
Well, this thread sux
@Nicksfix
This one sounds very... generic. The kind of music for elderly people that I'd like to avoid when I'm old. I hope you don't mind my honesty, but I can't rate it higher than 2/10.

This thread really does not suck. It's the "Oh why wasn't my chosen song rated at a 10" thread, or so it is turning out to be.
