Recommended A.I difficulty

Just started the gt3 endurance career path and at 80% I was 2.5secs faster in qualy than AI, I want to put it higher but will the AI be more clumsy at 100% or are they as clean as can be?

Well they are consistent and fast a good challenge for me. Try it out
