Pretty annoying isn't it.

No point in having a leaderboard if the leading times are gained through cheating. Also another annoying aspect to this is why they've disabled the filter section for viewing top drivers by region.

Maybe in future time trials they could address this and add a filter to separate DS3 users from Wheel users.

I did a 1:12, which is good for me with a DS3. I had the 200% bonus, so I had 10,000,000 Cr. from winning this. Then, the credits went missing, so I was about to re-race it and manually save it. But the event's over! Ten million 🤬 credits gone down the toilet .

Good to see the proper winner being awarded 1st place. I wonder if Dan actually cut the track as his time was slightly faster than his previous best but the replay probably just failed on upload. I think it is unlucky for Dan if it was a valid lap and I think it would have been, otherwise he would have been in the 2's. 8 of the Japanese people fill the top 10 places in the end, incredible. People who cheated but did not make the top 10 will feel quite lucky as only the top 10 get checked out.

That's true. Realy can't call anyone a cheater without the documentation. But at least the first verifiable non course cutter was posted as the fastest.

My question is does PD do this on all the seasonals? Adjust the final score? Or is this a new thing after the Mercedes/David Coultard debacle? I always thought they should just go in and delete the course cutters or declare the course legal if you can cut it without disqualification.

What's strange to me about this one is I tried the same cut at the chicane on the ingame Vettel Special event and you can not cut the chicane, at least I couldn't.

The event closed today @ 16:00, it was quite short only one week i think.

I had a look and he cut the last corner.

I was going to attempt what you mentioned but have seen the event is now closed. For some reason I thought the event was ending tomorrow. Oh well, it looks like there was a shortcut in the final corner. I don't get why PD can't make the track boundaries invalidation work properly. I think it puts Silex95 as the proper winner who went round the track the right way fastest.

Ye didn't realise myself that it ended then. Congratulations to silex95 . Tomorrows new content should be nice, I think the new x2011 and new HONDA RM look very nice . As for the x2010 sound I needed it for the pad to maintain the momentum and pattern of driving as it was so hard at the time anything that helped for that tenth I tried to use .

Wow they have I think. They must save more than the top 10 replays the guy from England who went above me was removed. I still think its sad people were cheating tho :S.

Dammit I didn't cheat and they removed my 1'03.288 time, probably because the replay didn't upload. I was spewing that I botched a .298 T2 split during my final fruitless session, as I was on the cards for an easy 1xx.

I think his secret was safe for so long because he was careful to only beat the P1 by a little bit here and there, avoiding suspicion...the nerve of some people.

Ye its a joke :S, the fun of any game is about improving and not cheating to look the best, but I guess we have that in all walks of life . I like that sort of abuse because they think there all better and you know your on to them .

Trust me Dan most people know you wouldn't have cheated due to the fact we know your an amazing driver as is. We still need to have a race yet !
