I dont think they will be happening tonight or tomorrow
 
Guys, has anyone considered there might not be anymore seasonal events? seeing as its past Christmas and all Im guessing theres no reason to hold a seasonal event

Maybe Easter ^^

Seeing as they have taken the time to wipe the others away, done everything they normally do, and simply not added any, me thinks its over untill theres something to be seasonal about

Just a thought.
As Im tired now after waiting 7 hours heh.

It was actually said from PD that they will update it every thursday
 
in my psn , sony said that will be seasonal events ever week.Maybe yours is different.

i smell one big update , bringing new options and premium cars :)
 
I wouldn't mind a few B-Spec events for a change though...

3rd February is the celebration of seasonal spring festival for Japanese people (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Setsubun)

Is there an update coming? That's the only thing I can think of. It's been a long time since the last update came out and I don't think they wouldn't release the seasonal events this week without a previous announcement of some kind...

EDIT: Hell, people, a word was misspelled, no big deal. Some of us aren't native English speakers, there's no need to bite.

Yeah i just a did big smelly fart, nearly cleared myself from the room but i stuck through it like a man it burnt a little on the way out but was def smelly

What if the events will be released at 10AM every thursday?

already explain the mistake , in my native language is " Japonês" , thats why i made the mistake. how many language can you write doctor jones ??

Unnecessary. He has already explained that English is his second language. You could at least get your grammar right as English is your first language.

I hope there will be an update soon. Or maybe we're screwed and we are getting now one seasonal event every two weeks. Who knows...

I just think PD have probably had to delay for 'unavoidable technical reasons'. They suddenly realised that they had made a commitment and their processes do not allow for that. Now why would I think that ? You will have to excuse the sarcasm.

No new events to come home to? :(

Nice selection of rally cars though. Maybe we'll get some rallying this time...

So there's still no Seasonal Events 7 to date, is that right?

I live in the UK and so far every update has been bang on 3am. I checked up to 8am this morning and nothing. The new set of cars in the Online Collector's Dealership were live straight away though :s

Yeah I find that interesting, that the OCD would be updated but not the events themselves.

The holiday thing would make sense if nothing got updated, but something did get updated...

At any rate, my personal theory is that the GT driver's club will be involved in the seasonal events now, and they're going to release the patch first before the next batch of seasonals.

So ideal situation, I wake up tomorrow morning with a patch to download as well as new seasonals.
 
If it were because of the new year, or whatever, my guess is that they wouldn't have updated the collectors dealer neither (or, if it was updated because of a programmed update, they could have done the same with the seasonal events). Now, same thing could we think if we were thinking of an update, why updating the collectors dealer now, and afterwards updating the whole game and then, having new events?

The more I think of it, the less I understand. Maybe this whole every week seasonal events upgrade thing is over...and we are just having an upgrade every two weeks. Or, PD are messing with us. Or, they are having a party and the upgrade will come afterwards. Or, or, or...now we could spend the whole day guessing. Whichever way, I'm pissed off with PD, at least they could have made an official announcement no matter what the reason is...but hey, they delayed the release date of GT5 so many times, a 1-day-delay in the seasonal events is somehow the least we could expect from them.
