I've got an '05 1.4l Ford Fiesta that I'd like to drop a 2.0l ST engine into, along with a 6 speed gearbox. Might as well refresh the exhaust system and throw in some adjustable suspension (if you could give me settings for both track days and commuting). I'd also like a mechanical diff and probably best to upgrade to disk brakes front and back too.

I have set a 8:43.571 in mine. I tuned it so much though. I have over 12K KM on it. 91 hp from breaking it in. Perfectly tuned for the ring.
