what I have said has basically been proven and there is a lot of evidence to suggest that this is what happened, what has been disproven is that the stearing columb failed because it was still intact and was working fine after the crash, and you could clearly see that the car became unsteady just before he went of and shot to the right this would not of happened with stearing columb failure it would of kept turning the way it was going when it failed which was left, this points totally towards what I have said I mean they even made a documentary on it and stated that what I have said is the most likely cause of the crash

You're assuming the content is paid for. If it's free would that still be a "cash grab"? Maybe they are going to donate some or all of the proceeds to the Senna Foundation.
you have a great point it may be free content and as we already know it was the senna institute that gave gran turismo permission to use senna content meaning if it is paid it is more than likely that all profit will go to the charity

What is the basis for this assumption?
If it's free content, how does a charity get proceeds from sales?

In my opinion this is not coming anytime soon. Any DLC - and espescially for something like GT6 is announced before to get pre-orders.

All DLCs are putt in the "upcoming" section on PSN - Senna DLC is not there.

Dem Hate....It makes Derpy Sad.

Seriously chill. I can complain a lot about GT6 but its matter of time. Give em at least a month to announce something. Something they promised....yeah.
Look at what you've done, you bunch of savages! :(

I've watched plenty of documentaries as well and I agree it's the most likely cause, just not proven like I said.

Anyway either way adding the car he died in on the anniversary of his death would still be in pretty poor taste, no matter what the cause.

I think the biggest sin you have is the overpromised upcoming content without proper management and also lacks on communication. Where is the Zahra Track you promised on MARCH. Where's the other feature you mentioned on the website. I know its hard to make games. But at least fulfill your promise or don't make one if you cant. Please be consistent. Don't let the sales distract you. I know if it filled more players will buy GT6, even if its not many. Like I was said, I calmed and I give one month to fill atleast one of your promises. - From: FrzGT to PD.

I'm pretty sure that Kaz and his crew at PD are wiping their tears with 100 dollar bills over the fact that you wont dish out money for their product. Good call bro.

This year maybe, but in the future they can use my paper receipts from pCars, Grid Autosport, pCars 2, Grid Autosport 2 and any other decent racing game/sim that I buy to dry their eyes.

I will be surprised if they can use $100 dollar bills to dry anything in the coming years if things don't change...

Edit: Just learned that Drive Club is out 8th October 2014, they can have that receipt too...

"Yes, we know that the anniversary is today but we won't give you the content for another few days because we feel that makes more sense."-PD logic.
"It's March, let's open those Christmas presents."-PD logic.

Yeah, it isn't a decision I'd make if I were Kaz, but having something like a "in memoriam" video + announcement of the dlc on May the 1st, and the actual content some days later would not be too unlikely, I guess.

Also, this possibility is preventing me from worrying that we don't get the Senna dlc at all. For now, that is. If we still haven't heard anything on May the 2nd, I'll see that as a confirmation that there are some serious problems going on at PD...

Yeah, because the missing content from January and February isn't enough to cause concern...

Hurray for DriveClub!!! :D Bye bye GT7 which is basically going to be another cash in. :sly:

It is, but if the Senna dlc would be really big, with appropriate challenges, relevant vehicles and all that, it would show that PD has put some effort in at least one of the things they promised.

Of course, in reality the Senna dlc probably contains of just a couple of suits and cars, implemented in some sort of time trail or one-make race. If it shows up at all. But I desperately try to stay optimistic.:p

I have no faith whatsoever in anything that PD says...they can release all the content that they want to, but if they ever expect me to pay for DLC with real money....then i feel sorry for them.

Come on guys, seriously, keep it to their respective threads, I know you're doing it intentionally, but still....

On topic:

About the page that mentioned GT6 Senna DLC, with the fan made logo, I've just found this other one and it does not mention anything about Senna... :(

This is my guess:
Senna content get its release date set anytime on early May, it gets released in the next PS Store update, along with the track that has only been shown in February and other unannounced content
