WOW! there's a EA NFS pack with more than 3 cars in it! I guess hell has frozen over....although, there's no word on price. And considering they usually charge $7 for 3 cars, this one could be $20 or so.

I'm actually seein' $30 for the Legends Pack. 'cause if it's $7 for 3 cars and there's 13 cars...that's around $30.

Why on Earth would that even be a remote possibility?
No one is going to pay half the price of the game itself (give or take) for add-on content. The only way it would ever be plausible if it were an RPG-status expansion pack, and I'm talking 3-in-1 here.

Er, you've read it wrong. It says:
'If you want to go extremely fast right away in SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED, get the Fast Five Pack, which gives you instant access to give of the hottest, fastest and most expensive cars on the planet: the Bugatti Veyron 16.4, Pagani Huayra, GUMPERT Apollo, McLaren F1 and the Porsche Carrera GT.'
It doesn't mean the cars aren't in game straight away, it means that it's a pack for those who can't be bothered to play the game properly to afford those cars and gives them, as it says, 'instant access'. EA usually do things like this, and whilst your right it's a money making scheme I don't think that many people buy them. But if you play the game properly then you'll get to a stage where you can afford/unlocked these cars anyway.
I would also say the pack will be 20 to 25 bucks going by how EA operates.
Also you would be surprised how many people will pay that much for it.
I myself will not buy any of it as I don't see how I can get any more out of cars that handle the same as the ones that are already in the game. That's just my opinion of course.

I'm hoping it's free, like the Team Racing pack for Shift 1. Especially when we've seen the 240Z and Mini in some of the preview gameplay clips...
Also, not sure if most are aware, they may also be releasing new tracks with this lot too. They at least need to release the 1/4 mile and 1mile tracks, plus when they were doing 'Track Thursdays' they accidentally put up the following and then changed them:
Monza 1958 configuration
Hockenheim old configuration with forest section
So it's going to be the best DLC pack I've ever seen for a racer and I'll be getting it. I just hope it's free so I can get it on PC too.
I'm guessing they're getting the first patch ready now and will release the patch within the free DLC (hopefully anyway!)
