Went back to Best Buy and got this to replace the dead tv:

50" Samsung Ultra HD 4K tv.

Picture is amazing, but speakers are kind of weak. May have to go back and get the sound bar doohickey. Was planning on getting a 50" Vizio, but it wouldn't fit my tv stand and this did.

I saw that mouse on Amazon. I would love to hear how it works for you.
Actually, I mainly bought this package for the keyboard. But the mouse feels fine, and has a nice texture on the l/r buttons. The buttons on the left side are placed nicely. However the scroll wheel is slightly recessed between the l/r buttons and I wish the scroll function wasn't as 'notchy'. I am still using my Logitech M510 mouse.

Picked up the recent re-release 4CD & 1 Bluray digibook of Misplaced Childhood by Marillion. One of the best Prog-Rock albums ever made.

I woke up a few days ago drenched in sweat, look at my thermostat and see it was 90°F in my house. The original A/C unit in my house lasted 28 years and had to fail just a few months after I bought it.

The inside unit had to be replaced too, to the tune of $5,000.

This isn't my purchase, but I made a 6 hour trip with my brother so he could pick up his new truck.

The truck is amazingly clean. It is a '93 W250 Cummins, 116K miles and absolutely everything works on it. It was originally a California truck and the frame has been undercoated so it looks brand new. Now all three of us have a 1st Gen, my father may be getting one next.

1999 Volkswagen Beetle. 1.9 liter TDI. Here are my own photos rather than the poor Craigslist pictures. :)

The white Beetle is my dad's. He got his a couple years ago.. well thinking back now it has probably been closer to 5 or 6 years ago. Time flies!

The white Beetle is a 2001, and pretty much the exact same as mine. Leather, heated seats. Both are 1.9 liter diesels with a 5 speed manual transmission. His has the stock wheels, mine are aftermarket. I think they say "Rage" on them. I don't know much about them besides the fact that they look pretty nice in my opinion. I got the car pretty cheap. It does need some work though. Need to replace a hose for the turbo, fix the window regulator on the driver's side, also the A Frame bushings and ball joints are pretty screwed up on the passenger side. Will replace both sides though. Going to get a set of tires and it also needs a battery. The headliner is completely gone, but the previous owner cleaned and scraped out all of the old adhesive junk so it really doesn't look bad at all. Probably going to airbrush it gray. Inside, the door panels are notorious for having the fabric sag and fall down. The passenger side one is completely gone but cleaned off just like the headliner. Doesn't really look bad at all.

I am open for questions. :)

Should I make a thread for this?

This stupid thing was $200 and that's the cheapest I've seen one go for.

I give up. What is it? All I see is a grey box with a Toyota sticker on it, which I'd agree is rather overpriced. I find it hard to believe you couldn't find grey boxes cheaper.

It's obviously a Navigation Player (GPS). :sly:
