shuffle is the best fun I had in GT5 online I have to say! hope they will create more/bigger shuffle mode. with all cars and everything we can imagine fun races, and even better all cars are stock.. very good to find out best cars.. if you know people who you race with.

Shuffle 1 - 200 bhp
Shuffle 2 - 400 bhp
Shuffle 3 - 600 bhp etc

Room owner just chooses what tier to race.

Or better yet, use the PP system... So there is a LOT of car to shuffle through, all in the same PP range :-). And it would automatically adjust the power limiter and so on.

It would be awsome, and a great alternative to my online room: Stock Street racing :-)

I've actually been holding out for an update to include this. Shuffle racing has provided some of the most fun I've had online. And, while it's sure to be blasphemy to some... yes, sometimes even with Boost set to Strong. Why? Because having a constant dog-fight of half a dozen cars right at the front is way more fun! It's also hilarious on SSR7 since it becomes a constant draft race (I've noticed almost every car available in Shuffle is rev-limited to around 160-ish).

Different power levels could really make it more interesting. As for the OP - you're lucky if you're always getting coupes, because I'm more often than not placed in a sedan. The Ram is an occasional ride too...

When you get to a track and enter the track, a car is selected for you at random. They are all pretty slow and the races are usually a little dirty so it gets kinda crazy. It is the most fun ever online.

If you're on an off-road track then you can use moderately more powerful 4WD cars. Just sending it out there.

The PSP version of the shuffle race was better, you could select a kind of performance level so you could go from race cars to formula GTs to minis. Would love to see that version in GT5.

I totally agree, Shuffle mode is the most fun and wish they would add a lot to this area. I became bored with the whole PP system and people manipulating the Power Limiter its no fun. I came to be fond of driving a complete factory stock car with either sport or the standard tires. I try to find rooms with these settings, but I never find any because everyone wants to drive their tuned up car. It's a real purity to drive a normal car and and push it to the max against other drivers allowing equal opportunity.

Shuffle is a flawed masterpiece. We really need to be able to pick a shuffle range, say shuffle400, shuffle500 etc. The same FF cars over and over gets old.

I really like shuffle racing also, & like many, have had some epic battles with this game mode. It would be good if you could choose from several pools of cars, instead of just the one though.

No.
300SL Chromeline!!!! I was like 🤬 when that came out. With shuffle ratio on 5 it somtimes comes out. Yeah I was surprised as well...

Shuffle is just pure racing fun with stock cars. Shame that it is limited to ~380-400PP cars. Supercar shuffle would be fun for sure

Gotta love the shuffle,to me its more about the driver than the car or the setup.

Like others have said though it would be better with different classes like 400pp 500pp etc.

its nice because you dont get one person that has a super fast car thats tuned perfectly and is an amazing drive that beats everyone. shuffle is more even
