The text will differ based on whatever browser you're using. In Firefox, it should read as "Copy Image Location". Basically, you just need to grab the direct URL to the image and include it in your post as you would any other picture.

No, they're separate from the default smiley set to keep the default smiley set simple and usable. They are currently linked from the FAQ.

You don't have to do anything to use them - they've temporarily replaced all of the smilies on the main site (you won't see them in the mobile app unless you view individual posts).
