There will be lots of pitting, Keep in mind that the pits here will also be tight!!
I have had loads of fun running laps with this setup. It will be a battle of ENDURANCE! “Literally” Be careful passing, if you hit the wall here you don’t really lose all that much time, but a damaged car that still drives pretty decent.
This should also help keep some of us fast guys in the back longer. Pit strategy should play a roll in this as well. I think this will be fun and nerve racking.
Practice up, we’re going to need it. @BradESPN

OP updated - thanks Neut!

I was thinking around 90. I ran 75 yesterday and the pits worked fine as well.

Yeah...when I was practicing with you the other night I pitted 4-5 times without issue.

I can attest it is fun but as @Neutty mentioned, it shreds tires and passing will be a test of extreme patience, which I can honestly say Im an impatient sob.

To get a feel for what it will be Monday/Tuesday - run a Custom Endurance Race in the Arcade. (I know it is not the same as an Online Lobby)

Speed, Passing, Pit Stops - so much better than just running Hot Laps alone.

Best lap time: 1:02 - so far.

On Hards I was around 0:57.6’s but that was my best. On softs I had 1 56.3

I did around 20 laps tonight. 56.4 was my fastest on RS and 50% fuel in the tank. Yeah RS's shred pretty quickly. This is going to be one hell of a race. Emphasis on hell

I like the sound of this. Il let you guys know when and if I can join some time.

Anticipate being much slower than the front runner's pace. Not competing to Win, just to finish. So I will be focused on Control and staying off of the walls.

I found out last night that watching the rear view mirror for cars approaching - only led to my hitting numerous walls trying to get out of their way.

Consequently, it will be best for all if I just stick to my line and trust you to pass safely.

This is exactly why I'm driving in hood view lately, the rear view mirror actually ends up distracting me.
People need to be very very aware of blue flags in this race, when a car 1 lap ahead is on your ass, please allow them to go by whenever safely possible. Even if you are racing somebody else in front of you.

Should be a tense 90 minutes

Understatement of the year

With how fast these cars are and how quickly the track comes at you, theres not going to be any time to react if theres an accident ahead. Especially coming around a blind corner. Lets just do our best to keep it between the ditches tonight, and may God be with us

So, another crash like round 2 race 2?
