Do you want to organize a time trial or spot race?
If so, this is the correct place. But I think your OP needs to be a tad more specific if so.
If not, I guess you should post this in the Q&A section since your post appears to be a question. Namely, if your time is good.
But you need to state the following if you want good answers:
-Online or Offline
-Open Lobby or Private Lobby
-Mods to your car
-Bhp (This is the only number you've stated)
-PP
-Weight
-Tyres used
-Exact car (I.e "Nissan CLASONIC GT-R '08")
-Tyre/Fuel: ON or OFF
-Grip On Tracks Edge/Wet: Real or Low
-Driving Aids
ABS: Yes or No
SRF: Yes or No
Active Steering: Yes or No
Driving Line: Yes or No
ASM: Yes or No

I'm not trying to be rude, sorry if you took it that way, but.... You have someone that took the time to try and point you in the right direction, wrote out quite a long post, and it seems you didn't even read it.
Turns out,ive read this has a portuguese guy,in my ipad and ofc there are somethings which if u dont understand,u dont,simple has that.
Also,its not so much dificult inside the game to choose a Calsonic GTR with 500 horsepower and race soft tyres and go to deep forest.
