Since this is basically a wish list thread, I'll bite.

What I want in the GT5 DLC

• All missing tracks from previous tracks!
• TEST COURSE!! I WANT MY 400M STRIP BACK!!
• Bring back ALL cars from GT4, and recreate all the cars from GT2 (I'd like a Pulsar GTi-R or 323GTR to race around against the STi's & Evo's!)
• MAKE FRONT DOWNFORCE ADJUSTABLE!! I just paid for the 🤬 spoilers, I want to set them the way I did in GT4!
• Bring back the nitrous!! The best feature from GT4 for us drag racers was taken away for GT5!

If I got the 400m strip only, I would still be happy. Everything else is gravy to me. 👍

I'm guessing.. a couple of tracks (max) and maybe the Toyota FT-86 II could be some of the DLC... At least I'm pretty sure about the car, probably a free car.

If tracks are added via DLC, then what happens if I am in an online lobby and the host has the new DLC and selects a track but I dont have the DLC. Do I get booted from the room?

Actually, that's a good point. Then people would be forced to download the track in order to join. Tracks should be added with updates and not DLC.

I think we'll get a whole lot of fixes for the game. Save option in endurance races, new (old) tracks, save option in setup and so forth. I also have a pretty good idea when this DLC will be available 13 October.

Er no not quite. It'd be like the track creator tracks, you can share it via online but not race it offline if you haven't got it. I don't see a problem there.

I want the Test Track back, It was fun since it had the long straights and banked corners perfect for the X2010...

Perfect for doing what exactly? Having that test track in the game will only encourage PD to set races on it, and I can't think of anything worse than that. Does anyone remember the R34 drafting challenge on GT4?

Maybe it'll act like a user designed track and allow you to race on it even though you don't have it?

I cannot see how new cars could be released as DLC unless they are all over 1mil credits - anything under that can be so easily duped by users that it would render the DLC unprofitable... Just a thought.

Lol you should know GT5 is mainly about road cars, japanese cars and super gt/jgtc cars. If you like historic F1 cars, GT5 is the wrong game for you, go buy rFactor and download the F1 mods.

Now I'm changing my mind about DLC I really hope they add more tracks instead of more cars, all in all we have 1000 cars and I still have to drive lot of them, I guess for you is the same, more tracks is what we really need in this game.

Hmm, im not american either, fact is, there are many other people doing drag races as well, not only american, we have many from the uae, kuwait, saudi arabia, european countries, latin america etc.

Drag racing isnt only for americans, we live in a globalized world.

More real world tracks (specially Spa),
Livery editor,
More cars that can be race modified,
Adjustable front downforce,
The ability to customise a championship for online & offline,
Full support for driving wheels G25/G27/ Fanatec etc.

Some of this is probably more suited to updates rather than DLC. with over 1000 cars in the game I don't see the need for more cars that you'd have to pay for.

Which is the Nurburgring Nordschleife.
But I agree, Spa should be in. Raced often on it in Shift 2 and it's an awesome track. Can only get better in GT5.

Anyway, I doubt we'll still be getting any DLC after almost 7 months. Just some more updates with free small content hopefully.

Couple things on my wishlist.

Be able to put rims on any standard car.
Make it possible for high horsepower cars to lift the front ends up.
Be able to change wheel & tire size
To have mechanical problems with cars in endurance races etc.

Two biggest things that I want is more tracks, and a way to customize our garage. Instead of just a favorites tab, we should have at least 10-20 different tabs that we can customize to put our own categories in. EX. Rally cars, SuperGT/JGTC, NASCAR, LMP's, Tuners, etc. I think this is what ticks me off the most. An unorganized garage.
