So Sony now hint DLC..

My most wanted features would be:

  • Time trial leaderboards and downloadable ghosts!! It's crazy that this is still missing!!
  • Better garage organization tools (folders, tags, custom names, written notes for each car, etc.)
  • For each car - distance driven since your last oil change, engine overhaul.
  • "Custom tunes" that could be saved for each car, and you could select with a single click.
  • Allow for extended room description online, or to be able to write up some rules everyone could see, rather than explaining everything every time someone new joins.
  • More flexible online rules that could be enforced (eg: no RC, RM or NSX)
  • Adjust the NSX PP rating while you're at it.
  • Make the cars in your garage available to players in your online room.
  • More stock cars available online and in arcade mode. Like, LOTS more. I wanted to buy this game as a gift for some friends... until I realized they'd never have the time to put in to buy a single race car. Withholding content from people who have PAID for the game is just plain stupid and petty. Dunno how many sales PD has lost from this, but I bet A LOT.
  • Let us change cars without re-loading the track in time attack (or any offline race)
  • Combine the features of the online lounge and time attack (think about it!)
  • Give us access to oil change, engine upgrades and weight reduction from the tuning screen. Everything else is there, why not these?? Let us bypass the oil animation... really, just let this one go PD, please. I know you put in a lot of effort on that character animation system... but admit it, it's just terrible and everyone hates it.
  • Actually I don't understand why you can't do ALL upgrades, modifications, tuning, paint etc. from a single screen without waiting for all that loading!! (7 years of development and THIS is the user interface PD came up with???)
  • Online matchmaking, ranked races with more interesting tire restrictions.
  • Let us combine PP/HP/weight restrictions online!
  • Put in barriers or something on tracks with shortcuts (eg SARTHE) so there's no confusion as to what's "legal" in an online race.
  • More descriptive online error messages... help us diagnose what the problem is!
  • The "RM" is missing from race-modified cars in the online car listings.
  • Give us players the ability to set up & configure Seasonal-like races and share these with friends.

All that, and I didn't even ask for new cars or tracks...:dopey:

Pagani Hayura
Koenigsegg Agera and Agera R

I'm a big Lamborghini fan, as they are my favourite hypercar manufacturer.
So my answer would be:
- Aventador
- Diablo (or allow the Nomad to be painted)
 
New released cara e.g. New Lamborghini and Pagani! Also the Noble M600. And PD please get a licence for koenigsegg

It's got to be some of the old classic tracks for me.
And a few 2011 model premiums maybe?
 
I wouldn't mind paying either especially considering that some of the money would go back to PD thus fueling for a better GT that will have everything next time around. However, I don't think you can ever have everything cause amazing cars now days seem to be released all the time right before a new GT drops or right after and then we wish we had them in the game. the Cadillac CTS-V, New Mercs, Jag XKR-S and then the cars we dream of like the Porsches
 
I would like a place to put vynals on my cars and custom registration plates and also more cars that can be modified
 
@ DromeGT Silverstone, Donnington, Valencia are a brilliant idea. I'd also add Montreal, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps Formula One Layout, Abu Dhabi and classic american tracks like Watkins Glen, Road America, Long Beach and Road Atlanta as well. Also I don't know about you guys, but I'd really love if PD brought back Seattle Circuit, those sharp elevation changes that turned into jumps with a quick turn at the end were fun on the reverse route. Especially driving the old GT40.
 
I think I'd probably buy any DLC that came out (unless it was drag related) but I'd love to see New tracks (with new events with those tracks) More events in general, Engine swaps would be pretty awesome, more RM cars.
I guess we'll just have to wait & see if it ever actually happens.

The Ford GT40 & Seattle are like Peanutbutter and Jelly, or Nutella and toast if that's your thing.

I would love to see a revamped Tahiti Maze, Red Rock or Midfield!!!

Have the ability to save created tracks to a thumb drive.
 
I've got an idea, how about a program to trade, selectable from the online race lobby. Both players put what they are trading, and the other player can see the car/paint/gear and see the description, both players accept, and there is a computer operated, scam-proof, trade. No more gifting cars and hoping the other person will gift you back, just a computer controlled trade system. If anyone has any ideas on this, please quote me and add your ideas.

Yes, the animation is just a waste of time. Also - a way to monitor WHEN you need to do an oil change - have it just like an actual lube place does it, when the oil change was done, and a maintenance minder for any car that is due for one. The way it is now you just have to wait until you NOTICE the car is losing power, or just check it every single time.

Also you forgot to mention PAINT PREVIEW. Every single other game does this, I'm tired of having to paint a car, not liking the way it looks, and either lose the chip, or quit the game.

I second your notion to be able to organize cars. As it stands, its just in a big kludge that isn't really sortable by anything meaningful if you race online.

Oh and fast forward/rewind for replays (you may have had this listed, if so, sorry).

Another final update request - you have it where you can either remove the gauges from bumper cam, or everything - this is backwards - I don't want/need everything else when I'm driving a standard car, but I NEED the gauges. How else can I tell how fast I'm going, or what RPM I'm at?

More tracks are more important to me than cars at this point, but premium cars would always be cool.
 
I would like Polyphony to both add more (original GT) tracks and create more variations of the current tracks in the game (including Day/Night,Weather,Reverse,Different variations,etc to all the tracks that are missing these)

A Lambo fan and you didn't mention the incredible Reventon? That car is simply amazing, even though it lacks creature comforts IRL.
