I think he is referring to the user "I Dont Want Friends." Under his username there is a blank. Then his status and avatar.

If you look next to a moderator's username, they have a blue oval with the letters sm in it. If you look next to an adminstrator's username, they have a red oval with an a in it. Now, people that aren't mods or admins, also have a little image next to there. People that aren't mods or admin, have a little transparent/invisible image next to their name. Right-click next to your username and you'll find the image.

My guess is that this 'I Don't Want Friends' person has such a long username, that the little transparent image was forced down below his username - which is why there is a gap there.
