Soo, the real question, SF19 Honda or Toyota?

This might be a stupid question but, the cars are either Honda or Toyota powered so why does it say Cosworth in the steering wheel? Are the engines Cosworth and then tuned by Honda and Toyota? Or is it to do with the electrical side of things?

They made the steering wheel, and most of the electronics in the car.

We have the Halo because Jules Bianchi broke a 20 year streak of zero F1 fatalities by driving like a pillock, disobeying a yellow flag and knocking his head off on a recovery vehicle.

Well and surtees, and the Englishman in IndyCar. I hate the halo but its gonna save a life at some point.
