SSR7 Fireworks

Does anyone know how to make the fireworks appear in SSR7?

Earlier I had them in singleplayer free run, and also online in friend's lobby. Now the same friend made lobby of SSR7 again but there's no more fireworks. I also tried to make a room, but no fireworks in my room either.

Make sure weather is clear..

They will appear eventually.

0% rain, it is clear.

On other times they appeared right at the start of the race, not now.

Maybe the people setting off the fireworks run out from time to time and you have to wait for them to get some new pyrotechnics

I think AJHG1000 means that the weather effects have to be turned off in the settings or track setup (I forget where this setting is located). The fact that there's 0% rain on the track surface and the skies look clear, does not mean the weather effects are turned off. It means the weather programming has reached a (temporary) point where no rain is currently happening.
