Very interesting link... I was hoping to be able to pick up my copy on Friday... but then reading through this thread I saw there is a DELAY!!
Agreed. Spa is sweet. Too bad I can only handle the DBR9. I can't drive the Enzo or McLaren for crap! Probably comes down to lack of practice. Either that or I just suck.Spa is just the bomb.. cant get enough of it![]()
Got some inofficial Informations about the release today. From my point of view it doesn´t look like one more week!
My copy is on it´s way and if everything works fine i will write a big posting here this weekend![]()
Buy both probably because each one offers something that other one does not have.
At least I'll be doing that.
I think the visuals in SCC are better than FC. Colouration definately looks more natural and the sun effects are nice.LOL! Well, I don't miss the brown roads but I was a little perplexed when people in the Eutechnyx Beta forums kept commenting that the graphics in SCC where much better than Ferrari Challenge.I fail to see it as well. But I think it's important to note that much of the detail we see in Ferrari Challenge comes from looking at replay mode. Even as beta testers, there's a lot of details we can't see yet.

FC had lots of incidental effects such as leaves swaying on track, crowd noise, tannoy announcer, trackside marshals, tree's that actually swayed and clouds that actually moved across the horizon. IIRC there isn't another racing game that has so much detail.
QUICK QUESTION: I pre-ordered with GAME back in February...it is GAME that supply you with the 599FXX, isn't it?
But that's what I mean when I say there may be many details in SCC that nobody knows about because your view is limited from inside the car. The color saturation is better in SCC but you could easily adjust it in FC. Whatever the case, I think the differences between FC & SCC are really quite minor.
