Actually it really wasn't, in Game Informer, this month's issue P.25, it says the guy used a bunch of hack and emulator cheats to beat the game that quick.

After watching this I was inspired to pick up my copy of SMB3 and give it a whirl.

I havn't played it in almost 8 years probably.

I beat all 90 levels in exactly 3 hours. 👍

I forgot just how great of a game this really was.

I also tried doing it the exact same path the guy in the video did. It took me 25 minutes.

I read the same article that Zero is talking about. I think I linked over from Fark, but I'm not sure.

Fake or not, you have to give props for the time and effort put into it. Kinda like that guy that turned his Honda Del Sol into an Star Wars inspired "H-Wing."

Yup, it's fake. If you watch the video closely you will notice that the timer reverses itself often because he stopped to save using his emulator and later edited the video. At least, this is the theory of my friends and I.

It is very cool though. On a side note, the Mega Man video is faked also(My friends and I are sure of this for both).
