So far I'm feeling good about my chances for Wednesday night.

From what I hear I'm only .1 seconds off your fast lap. I hope to be more competitive this week.

that figures I seem to be getting slower:indiff:... I even tried using my spare controller thinking that my original is worn out!!!:scared:

I might just give up:guilty:, at this point I still cannot get the car to go faster than 2:00 around Motegi :crazy:

Well, I highly doubt I'll be touching my fast laps during the race. I'm comfortable running mid 56's. Hopefully that keeps me in it.

We'll have at least a three way battle. I wish DJ and I had run a race earlier so I could have saved the replay. I had some real sick drifts through turn one and two.

Had a good time practicing with envy earlier and just got done with another enjoyable, and productive, practice with Logan and Scorp.

Hey Envy, I dropped into the 2:00's! Next up is the :59's. Baby steps...all it takes is baby steps...A navigator wouldn't hurt either.

What was the fast time if your in mid 56's? My fastest are low 58's.

I'm 56's. That 55 was drafting Red and almost a perfect lap.

Same here. Best lap was 1:56.075. Running mid 56's consistently. I need to get in some sprints.
 
I can run sprints either tonight or tomorrow. I'll keep an eye on the thread to see if others plan on practicing.

Do any of you guys actually like Motegi?

I ran the GTA seasonal for credits and didn't enjoy it at all. Maybe it's the stock R35 but it just seemed like it was mainly getting the brake zones down and not understeering off track through the apexes. None of the turns felt fun even when I got them right. Maybe I'm missing something? Kinda liked the short course in GTA though.

I honestly have to say I love this track. It has high speed straights and technical corners and sections. You have to be weary when following not to over shoot your brake zones. That's just my opinion though.
