That's interesting then. Would you mind telling us all which console are you using and what are your settings? Including what rotation you have set the wheel to prior the software in the game.

Base PS4

Make sure you select steering wheel

540° in game. I made sure to hit reset bindings before i started.

The ffb is weak do you gotta play with the settings a bit. Im still fiddling with them

My T300 with T3PA pedals and Alcantara rim is completely unresponsive. No input is detected and no force feedback. Same in PS4 and PS3 mode.

Summary:
Console: PS4 Pro.
Wheel: T300.
Rim: Alcantara.
Pedals: T3PA.
Shifter: TH8A (not connected right now).
USB hub: No.

So what was the wheel set to *before* you set it up in the game. Mine was at 540.

Would you please take a screen shot of your in-game settings and post it here please? Well the ones that you are happiest with anyway ;-)

I am starting to think the more I read about problems and some with less is that the ones that seem to work are on standard PS4s and with with problems (like me) are on pros.

Here is some more questions for everyone:
1) PS4 or PS4 Pro
2) Is the T300 plugged directly to the PS4 or into a hub?
3) What pedals are you using?
4) Do you have a shifter if so what?

Easy to solve (it works on my side and also for my friends)
* Keep the wheel is PS4 mode, and launch the game with your wheel.
* Now with the wheel (don't use the DualShock to navigate):
1) Access to OPTIONS / CONTROLS
2) Select STEERING WHELL (must be red)
3) Select RESET BINDINGS (with the Triangle button), then select CONFIRM
After this, everything is ok 👍

PS4 Pro, T300. Works fine.

Didn't work fine at first. I went in the controls menu (using the wheel d pad etc), then in the controls menu I was on the steering wheel tab and pressed triangle to reset the bindings. Do not use a gamepad to navigate menus while doing this, it will reset to the gamepad bindings.

Edit: Oh, someone beat me to it ^^

I've had no issue resetting the bindings and getting the T300 to 'work' but the FFB effects are hilariously broken.

I mean, I was expecting bugs from this dev but the game is basically unplayable.

Tried that yesterday after someone posted the same on Twitter. Makes no difference sadly.

My first drive was horrible, the T300 was just rattling off center and felt like ****.

I connected the wheel to my PC, downloaded the latest drivers and it works much better now! Still not great feel, but actually drivable. Try updating your drivers.

Setup: PS4 Pro, T300RS GT wheel

I really hope I don't have to update my drivers. Did that once and my wheel stopped working. Had to reset the whole thing. Not an enjoyable experience and imo not something we should have to do to get it working on a console game.

End users don't need to install any drivers for any controllers on console. It's all baked into the games and console itself.

Possible fix, keep us posted if this helps or not.

Funny you should post this right now. I have just discovered my wheel rim has a faulty D-Pad. The down button will not release properly. I should add here that NO other game detects it as a problem only ACC.

So I have just ordered another new wheel rim. It will take 7-10 days to get to me so maybe there will be a patch by then.

Question: How do you find the force feedback and the wheel wanting to self centre? Or should I say the lack of it ;-)

Yes my wheel rim is fine on any other game, it's strange.

FFB is okish need to play about with it a bit more tho yet. Don't think it's gonna be as good as AC tho.

I second many here.
PS4 here and T300 works but is completely undriveable - like a complete broken mess. Let's hope for a fix ASAP.

How much rotation are you getting lock to lock? Use the cockpit view to see what the hands are doing?
For me on PS4 pro/T500rs it sets the rotation to the minimum, 270, which is pretty undrivable, as all the FFB is compressed into a tiny amount of lock . On the base press mode + left or right on the Dpad until the green light flashes 4 times giving you 900, which is what I think the game is expecting.

I believe I have tried both 540 and 900 - however haven't tried this so will give it a go! Also I will update my driver software just to see if that makes a difference.
Also, what is everyone running for their dynamic dampening settings? Wonder if that would make a difference.

There are no drivers to update on console.

ScantraxX26 - thank you so much for this post. I had a horrible rattle effect and have updated my T300 to version 30

The wheel now works perfectly and has transformed my view of the game thankfully. The feel is so much better.

anyone with an issue it’s definitely worth updating the firmware

Steering lock is at 0 Everytime I start the game,I have to go out on track ,un plug my wheel, plug it back in and it only calibrates half way ,then go into control options and set steering lock to 540 then the wheel calibrate s and it works, gotta do this every time I start the game.
