LOL i stole a guys taxi and started a taxi mission and the guy i stole the taxi from was the guy i had to pick up lol... he was so depressed too... he wanted to go to Woody's Toppless Bar.. it cracked me up so bad lol

I've found that it's more likely gang members and pimps will have large amounts of cash, but if you hang around ATMs and beat up people they'll usually have more on them.
