Im wondering if i should buy TDU2 as i am thinking of getting it 2nite but i have heard its in bad shape at the moment. But i want to know what its like can you cruise online?

I was getting lag here in the UK, but I managed to drive with my friend for the first time yesterday.

So they are definitely improving.

£43. Gotta be joking mate.
Pick it up in a few weeks cheaper and hopefully fixed.

Yeah, i'd wait a few weeks before picking it up, console patches and then some should be out by then.

I paid £24, good game but it wasnt worth the money considering the hassle i've had with it, and the crap engine sounds really grind my ears, the physics really grind my brain. And once you have completed the racing series, feels like theres nothing left to do.

But you might enjoy it, don't pay £43 for it though.

I got my fill from the various public betas

Even then I could tell there wasn't much to do

You could look at the review posted here which is quite accurate. https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=184958

I will just paste the same reply from this thread. https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=184549

I would highly suggest waiting for a patch. You have the risk of game corruption (I lost 60 hours because of a corrupt gamesave) and a long list of problems with the game, especially if you get the Casino. The Casino is a LOT of fun when it works, but its also very hit and miss right now. Once TDU2 gets a patch, it will be an amazing game. So wait until after the patch and you will be very happy. Its a great game and will be even better once patched.

If you do get the game before the patch, just play the single player and avoid the Casino. Then your experience should be pleasant as long as the game loads for you and lets you in. If it doesnt load, you will have to play offline.
