This thread is for those who are bored out of their minds! Like I am right now...

So yeah...I'm bored.

How's everyone tonight?

(If you guys deem this to be too much like the conversation forum, do what is necessary)
 
I'm extremely bored, but i'm waiting on this girl to get home. We're interested in eachother but my friend is really into her so we're trying to figure things out between all three of us. I'm passing the time by playing some online poker.
 
Im boared.... Passing the time by trying to make my damn PS2 read my disc, and listening to some nice Procal Harum to keep me calm.
 
I needed this thread like 2, 3 days ago. :p I'm doing OK right now, thanks.
 
Bored and a little back pain from the mosh pit last night....(Went to a Heavy metal concert, during the first mosh of the night someone gives me a full on punch to the side of the temple, then later on that night someone knocked me over onto someone's equipment, so I landed on a drumset in which I landed on it wrong and now I got a huge bruise on my back...)
 
Oh yeah A6M5, the weekend was baaaaadd for me. Was bored to death.
It's morning now so I guess its fine now, gotta go to school. I'll come back here this afternoon though:p

Seems to be the case for us then.

Try playing a game. I don't mind not being able to talk (12:11AM) so I just play CS:S til' she wakes up. :D
 
Hmm, dilemma.

See, I really should close this, since it’s inevitably going to become a slow-chat convo thread, which kinda defeats the whole point of closing the convo forum.

But then people will use that as ammunition against the staff in the other thread – See, the mods close down perfectly harmless threads!!!

Do ya’ll now see why this job isn’t all cheese and crackers?

For now, I’m going to leave it open (going to bed now), and hope that another mod has more time to think about it. In the meantime, may I suggest that if you happen to be bored, you check out Wikipedia’s awesome Random Article feature? Learning is the best way to stave off boredom.

Im pretty bored but ive been playing GTA3 a bit today so thats been nice.
 
I’m pretty bored right now. But I’ll just keep cycling through all my bookmarks, forums, and e-mails until I find something interesting to read. Damn RII!
 
To be honest, I think this thread should die (no offence, Elijah!)

The main reason why I think it should go it because I can see this thread becoming the place of bored people to meet, and then post, just like what happened in the Convo forum. The posts will be short and pointless, even though it isn't that bad at the moment. What's even worse, here it's getting added to everyones' post counts.

I know I get bored easily myself, but because of this reason I think it should go.

Its 5am, and I'm not bored. Too much to get done before leaving for work.

Sorry guys, the convo forum was closed. One thing I've been thinking is the convo forum provided a common place to meet. There is no reason you couldn't post up a thread pointing to a chat room that you opened. Every time you're bored, simply log back into that thread, announce where the chatroom is, and allow people to log in.

We'll see how that works.

Perhaps a nightly "Chatroom location thread"?
