Thats a good point.. We must see what the others think

EVERYONE:

Could we include the resale value of the car in the budget?

I was thinking about if we could use a car thats over 200hp but dont so an oil change so its down on power below 200.. who thinks that should be legitimate?

Anyway here is my new baby :)

Mazda RX-7 GT-Limited (FC,J) '85- 5914cr (very cheap :P)
Race Hard Tyres- 10250cr (yes not super hard.. just hard)
Oil Change- 50cr
GT Wing- 1200cr
Weight Reduction 1- 1100cr
Racing chip- 1250cr

i think the resale value will change with the age of the car, therefore, its not a solid set figure for each car, even varying between different drivers with the same car.

Not fair IMO

IF you want to play with more money, change the budget.

Just my thoughts

:irked:👍

Sliderman: Only 5 seconds left to shave, good luck! 👍

That FC is so cheap, I may have to give one a go myself, nearly 700 credits cheaper than my Silvia

And I'm with VEXD on the resale value, it wont be the same for everyone, unless everyone seeks out the lowest value car, but what if the lowest value is 600 days away? Kinda ruins the fun.

I'm all up for a bigger budget though. :)

Im thinking of creating a 30 000cr 300hp challenge thread. Any takers?

How about 250bhp? Keeps the low-powered fun of before.

Its your call though, I'd be into a Cr.30,000/300bhp challenge just as much.

Well I thought 300hp because that opens up a much bigger variety of cars but with 250 it will only allow a few more.. I mean everyone in this pretty much runs a Silvia, FC Rx-7 or an MR2 but with the 300hp we can have a choice of about 30-50 more cars. :)

Good point. :)

Like I said, I'd still be interested with 300bhp 👍

I will make it tomorrow because I got a ton of coursework to do at the moment :(.
I am going to keep this one going and im still going to be racing on this. :D but the 300hp one should be a breath of fresh air.

Alright, looking forward to it 👍 I best check out the new cars I can use :D

Since I surpassed 100 posts, I can finally use my own avatars! :D
RIP Yoda. Long live BeasToof! (anyone know the Toof series? :D)

I'd take it yesterday if it'd be on another track than the green hell :scared: such as El Cap, Le Mans, Trial Mountain, the Forest, Ap Hill or Midfield 👍

The "green hell" is the best track in the game and is the best for testing peoples skills and cars IMO. :)

Waiting for SliderMan to put up the Cr.30,000/300bhp challenge, I think.

$1000-Weight Reduction Stage 1

$900-Racing Flywheel
$50-Oil Change

Now I'm off to try the 300HP/$30000 challenge.

Awesome time! S13 power! :D

I know we've moved on to the new challenge, but I had this video almost done already, so here it is. Nothing fancy, just a clean lap (but I think you'll like the triple-view movie format!) Was going to add background music, but I actually like it better without music (not a big surprise I guess since I also prefer to drive without music most of the time).

Hope you enjoy!

You'll need a reasonably recent version of Quicktime, a reasonably fast computer, and broadband access to play it.
