I just hope I get at least a 1:32 in qualifying :) If I make it.
 
Yeah I'm kinda bummed I could only make the last 20 minutes. I spun on what good laps I was on. I did a 29.6 last night with a 29.4 optimal and my optimal tonight was a 29.2 in what few laps I did so I know I could have got a better time. It's ok though don't really matter until qualifying tomorrow.

I'm kinda confused. When did the format change to this? It says on the first page that the race room opens at 20 gmt with a 15 minute qualifying. Why is it being changed now? I would like to stick to the original rules. I don't care about the time so much but I rather it be a open 15 min. qualifier instead of just 2 laps.

Hi guys,

I'm going to pull out of running this series. I was looking forward to racing and meeting all of you, but I'm just not feeling the love from this car. :sly:

I shouldn't complain too much about it, seeing as the car was free. But in IMO they missed the mark with this one in the handling department. Hopefully they'll sort it out over time. As it stands now, this thing is rather awful to drive.

Thanks to Jav for organizing the series, and to Derek for donating a prize. 👍 Hopefully I'll see you guys in a future series.

Well as far as I can tell the race is on the 20th?, is this correct?, anyone? 19GMT? is around 11:00 am or 12:00 noon MST? Well I'll stop by later some time and see if the race is happening. :) good luck everyone.

That's how I read it; today at 19.00GMT (12.00MST) 👍

Drop into the free practise a bit later mate :)
 
Not gonna be able to make the race today because of a pre-arranged race meet so best of luck guys, I'll catch you all for round three hopefully.
 
So the race is today at 13:00 CDT? in 3 and a half hours?

Maybe I'm just being a hungover idiot, but I still don't see the race start time in the first post. Cans someone please confirm the times for today.
 
Sorry guys, but I'm not going to be able to participate in this series. I just don't have time and the race times are bad for me. My kids take all my time on the weekends. I hope you all have a great time and best of luck to everybody. I'll still follow this thread to see how the series is going
 
We are in daylight savings time, it's noon PDT, and 1500 EDT I believe
 
Would like to know the time too. There's like 2 or 3 different times reported in the thread.

Sorry for all the confusion guys. To give everyone time to get in I'll open the server at 20 GMT and push the start of quali to 20:55GMT. Also we will go with the 15 minute open quali as was said bfore.
So that's:
-20GMT/4:00PM US EST for practice.
-20:55GMT/4:55PM US EST for quali.

See you in 2 hours!

Doh! I've been sat here now for 20 minutes wondering when the server is going up.

20:00GMT, is actually 21.00BST, for some reason I got confused over the +1 hour. :dunce:

Only another 40 minutes to go! I should really be practising.

I'm not on the list on page 1, but did put a message up here a couple of weeks back. Does that mean I'm good to go once the password is up?

I'm going with 78.2 L (20.7 US gallons) of fuel, which is about 34 laps according to the lap estimator. Anyone else using more than that?

Also, are we allowed to run minimum fuel during qualifying?

That's a lot of fuel, I'm using like 15 gallons.

15 gallons? Unless I'm missing something, that's only 27 laps worth of fuel according to fuel estimator. I guess that thing isn't very reliable. Are you sure that's enough fuel?
