I had a lap of 004 with the Honda nsx '02 and all the laps were a constant 04x and threw it away after four laps forgetting I needed five sighl

I can see a draw happening in the bjl23's POINT OF CONSISTENCY challenge so I have made some changes to the scoring system to help prevent this, the new system is:
41.999 or faster = -5 points
42.749 - 42.000 = -3 points
42.999 - 42.750 = -1 point
43.000 = +10 points
43.001 - 43.020 = +7 points
43.021 - 43.050 = +6 points
43.051 - 43.099 = +5 points
43.100 - 43.250 = +4 points
43.251 - 43.500 = +3 points
43.501 - 43.999 = +2 points
44.000 - 45.000 = +1 point

If there is a draw then all players will get the title.

I try yesterday a bit the no win , sorry the no tune i want to say ...... end up 4th place 3 times and one 3rd ,wining with the GTR inside ( when he race in 5.10- 5.12 zone ) its out of question.
For us the common men a 2nd place is the best we can bring there.

Challenge #1, Nissan Sileighty @ Spa, one of my all time favorite tracks. Still trying to get the tune right since I haven't been able to find one anywhere. I know this car will go faster just have to get the understeer out of it.

EDIT II: NO Tune. Won't be trying this gutless no steering car again. Operative word NO. As in NO Way to run this clean with other cars running you over. The worst possible track for this car too. Done.

BATTLE#12

Due to lack of credits again I got all cars up to 500pp but did not buy any other up grades.

Mazda RX500

No wonder why this car got nicknamed 'the bullet' it looks like one, for a 70's car it goes like one and even it sounds like a machine gun when it red lines on the down shift.
I did think only having 4 gears was going hurt the cars time, but it was not the case.

I was preparing myself for plenty of and moments but no, it was very stable and fast

Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione '08

What else can I say about the Alfa other then what a great car, it might not be the fastest but it's the best handling car. Favorite Alfa ever!

@RMan72 can drive cars fast and he can also pick fast cars, such a good all round car.

I have prepared a video for you all, please keep in mind the footage was taken from the 1st time I raced the cars and on the 1st lap, ENJOY

BJ's POC. Do you know how much it throws your rhythm off to stop and take a picture of 1-3 and then 4-5. You can get all 5 laps in one shot. It's when you start lap 6 that 1-5 go away. Reckon this may be part of the challenge.

Good day to all the race and rare company ......
Not much time for playing so i just " shoot " a bit the 25k on Spa trying to see where i am with the eclipse .
Am way of @Racin510s time ( 12 sec) many erros and can't pass the Eau rouge right and the last high speed left turn .
I want to be fair and clean in this track which has many run of areas and since is 5 laps must have a momentum in all that high speed sectors.
No tune found for this one but luckily a good amound of negative toe both ends help me a lot to get rid the heavy understeer on this indifference car.
Since 2.22 was my best good lap , i hope to make it under 12 min if everything gets right.
But if ......is an if ..... and still have the nightmare that @RMan72 put me in to.

A bit of French #$¢£≤<€¢ is ok for the 43s laping challenge .....don't you think Bryce .
I " hate" this guy he wants us ,to desing an event .......like @lfm58 who put us run in no tune .......with flip flops .

First runs in the NSX, RGT and RX500 with 500 PP base tunes for the battle. They will all go faster just have to tweak the tranny and maybe the LSD's. I got to get the Tomahawk out and run LeMans to recoup what it cost me to buy these cars. I sincerely hope the next battle doesn't involve buying 4 more cars that I likely will never use again especially since we have this rule of not being able to use the same cars again.

EDIT: after hours of runs and tweaking, Sileighty @ Spa. I knew this baby could be fast. Spent several laps on my roof several in the sand but it was worth it. Don't know if I can get anymore out of her though. It was fun though.

@bjl23, it is gonna take you a while running Like the Wind to get your credits up. #93 Tomahawk for 24 minutes for me pays a lot better.

Lost a bit in 5th lap but was on 24 .
I dont know if i had more there at least with that set up i use .

Nice times @Racin510s, you still have to race the TVR in the BATTLE.
The whole idea about not using the same cars is so we race cars we would normally use.
24 minutes of Lemans = $270,000
If you race like the wind 6 times which takes about 24 minutes = $412,000. It's just more involved.

@smoothbore12 pat yourself on the back mate, you got under 12 minutes like you wanted.

Even @bjl23 is faster in his first attempt with his ' gorilla" .

I didn't use to play at that track cause its long one but am quite sure that isn't about how fast is at top speed a car here , its about how fast can turn ii this high speed sectors.

1st run in the TVR. Needs some tweaking.

EDIT: T350C 4th run. This car surprised me. Just 3 tweaks to final drive. A good time is all about the field you get. There are some that make it a lot more difficult to get through cleanly. Now back to the rhythm section.
