Damm, great Audi shot!!! Love the blue tone, and the camera angle is just perfect!!! Lovely work mate!!
The 2nd TVR shot looks good, kind of classic mixed with modern look, well done:)

Thanks Cod 👍. It's (was) a DTM car, and you gave it a nice dream feeling hehe. It's always nice to see that car at the Ring.

I did not know that die cast model. I guess the muscle cars are not very popular in this side of the world :)

Ahm, and I'm not registered yet in the web you send me.

Glad you liked it Alex. I have plenty more shots to work on of the same car at the Ring.

BTW, the car is a Johnny Lightning, but it's a chase car. They're called "White Lightnings" and are identified (typically) but something white on the car. In this case the wheels and roof. Not sure how many get made, but I've only ever found three "white lightnings" in the last 4 years.

Nice to see an almost unique piece then. I'm seeing for unique parts too, like F1 pistons, whole wheels and other memorabillia... but they are so expensive actually! :D. I guess I'll have to keep away with my little collection of die casts for now lol.

Second part.

Standard Motion Blur

What happens when you start doing too much in PS and don't know when to stop otherwise known as using an infrared effect in photoshop

Using only the blur provided by the game.

i like that last one ... a lot. though i wish you would have left the blue saturated like the red to make it pop up it a bit more. but, still. very nice 👍

I know hehe, sometimes it's difficult to stop. I persoanlly preffer you more photoreallistic style rather that infrared filter. I have to say thanks for your work to fill my request!

TVR V8S: I really like the classic feel the first picture has, the colour and tone really add to this. The car looks great, sweet use of the vignetting as usual. Awesome shot. The second one is also very good, the blue tint really suits it. Once again, the car looks great. Good work. 👍
The Wheel shot is very interesting, funny how it looks like there is a face in the centre.

Audi TT Touring Car: The first shot is simply superb. The angle, colour, lighting and the vignetting all work together to make a awesome shot.
The car in the second shot looks very realistic, great lighting. The environment doesn't look like it has had much attention though, still very nice shot.
The third shot does look like you went over board a bit, it has a cool graphic feel to it and it does bring out some nice details in the picture.
I like the fourth one, the detail of only leaving the rumble strip in colour. I agree with [es], it would of looked good to have a bit of the blue of the car in there. The lighting is nice, there is a little glow off the car.

All in all, more impressive updates from you C_F. I am really looking forward to another Cobra shot. Keep up the superb work mate. 👍

[es]: you're probably right, I should have left some blue. Thanks for the comments:)

Alex: no problem!

Drift: thanks for the kind words again:) Here's the second picture I promised you.

OMG, you've infected me! I've just finished my 3rd entry for 2.0 Tourney and it came out pretty similar to your light style. Hehe, I guess after so many time analyzing your pics I'm able to improve some details actually!

I love that little glow in the whole image without lossing any definition. I only can say I'm enjoying it. Keep those shots comming 👍

Awesome work once again, man.

The 1st Audi shot is beautiful, with the subtle blue tone and the blurred rumble strip on the back, which I think it makes the shot. I just think the vignetting is a tad too strong.

The 2nd is my favourite, I love the mature tones, not looking overly desaturated. And it's the most realistic of them all, to me. did you enhance the glow on the upper back of the car?

On the 3rd I think you went a bit overboard like you said, don't really feel it....

The 4th, like said above, could have been better with some blue left on the car, but still is an amazing shot, and a great use of GT4 blur. 👍

The Cobra is also a beautiful shot, with perfect tones all over, like you do so well. It's just feeling a bit weird the small lights under the big headlights, because they look too magenta, but other than that, 👍👍

That picture is really nice Cod_Father! I love the feeling to that picture feels just like how a classic race at Laguna Seca would feel like. I would hav eprefered it if the car looked as if it was turning out onto the exit of the corner but that is hardly a major issue. Really nice turn out on that! Check out my gallery if you have time.

I'm absolutely shocked by your quality! Just look at the first shot you made of the Cobra, a classic! Brilliant tones and lighting!
I love the latest one too, but the car is too reflective for the enviroment to me.

Keep it up man and be sure to check any future updates of my garage ;)

Mmmm, I love it C_F. The tone of the image is superb, the bg has that old feel to it and I really like how you left a lot of blue on the front of the car. It sort of glows.
Sweet angle too.

Thanks for those two stunning shots, I love you work and look forward to your future updates. 👍

Thanks guys:)

Standard Blur Shot

Nice editting done to these. The angle of the shots are quite common but you have made them seem very good with the editting that you have done to them. My favourite is the second shot as you don't often see a Alfa Spider with that kind of blur on. Nice location as well for the shots. Great job.

Very nice, Cod. :)
I really like the way the light is on both shots, highlighting the car's lines.

On the 1st, what I like best is the classic look, the composition, the way you made it look 'old', very well done.

On the 2nd, although the background is a bit empty, the close-up angle, the added noise and the softness make the car stand out. Good choice of car, not often seen around here. 👍

More C_F goodness. :D
The angle on the first is very nice, sweet tone which gives it a classic old feel.
I love the second, very well done. Love the tone and the overall look of the shot.
Both shots are superb and have a very nice soft look to them. Like Beerzy said, great choice of car too.

Looking forward to more C_F goodness. 👍

A very enjoyable update again. Sad to see no many comments lately :(. You know what I'm going to write actually, the lighting, colors, effects, style...

You can transform a simple pic in a very sweet pic. Meanwhile some of us are getting crazy with vectors and other madness, you're performing a very effective method! That's stunning.

Glad you liked the shots guys. I do feel like I'm falling behind everyone else on here when it comes to advancing my photoshop skills, but oh well, I'm happy with my style and what I do:D

i wouldnt say you were ...

Awesome, Cod!
I'm glad you ended up doing the shots of this car.
On the 1st shot, I really like the combination of the brown and the grey silver of the car, and how you don't see the tyres in contact with the tarmac. Also, the rims look particularly good in that shot. Good soft light on the car and that light spot on the upper part of the image adds to the composition. Only thing I'm not quite sure is the red you left, it's prehaps a bit too strong, especially on the front and lower rear of the car, since they appear too vivid.

The 2nd shot is just awesome. It's just very strong, as if the car's going to battle, like a tank.
you made the car show it's true beauty on this one, and the overall desaturated tones make it look even more powerful. Awesome reflections on the hood and fender!

I'd give you +rep for this one (I REALLY love that car), but must spread it around before. Amazing work yet again!

The alfa giulia is so nice in your shots. Didn't know it could look that good but you showed it to us how it works.

Also the gt (especially the first one) is fantastic. The first one looks as if it's a late autumn shot with brown leaves and grass. Cool! 👍
I wouldn't say that you're falling behind. Your work is and stays fabulous.

Excellent Alfa GT man. Lovely car, lovely editting :D. The first car, its windscreen, looks quite weird. That's a popular GT problem as well. The rest of your update is just excellent imo, so good as always. Keep it up!

What's about a new slogan for this gallery like... come in and enjoy or something :) lol

Thank [es] but I'm not advancing my shots as well as some others who started around the same time as me, or after me. If it wasn't for a few people I don't think my shots would get any comments.

So classic ! So real ! Fantastic job !

Thanks jeremy:)

Awesome, Cod!

Thanks Beerz:) I did oversaturate the brake caliper and lights a bit in the first shot. And I agree with Alex now that he's pointed it out that the windscreen looks weird, but alas I didn't notice it at the time. I absolutely love the look of this car (They really need to sell these in North America) and the front end styling is beautiful:) It's also a hoot to drive in GT4.

Thanks freddy:) The first shot was taken at trial mountain. The brown tone was an aftereffect that I wasn't sure about at first, but kept in:)

Thanks alex:) Perhaps I do need a new title for my gallery... any ideas guys?

While people keep posting comments and liking the shots, you shoud keep doing them.
I absolutely love the stuff you do, how you get such beautiful shots sometimes with minimal cleaning, and how you create different moods with each update, I wish I could do that. Also, when it comes to realistic shots, you're probably the best around.

Yeah, that's just a gorgeous car, it's a shame it's not rear-wheel drive. :)

About your gallery title, I personally wouldn't change it. After all, it is 'Cod_Father's gallery', right?
And if you end up changing it, don't go for a title that specifically defines a particular style, or you may find yourself trapped to that box and may not evolve or try out new things.
I'll try to think of a cool title for you that captures attention.

The Fish Shop, hahaha, that is awesome C_F. Great name change. I have been trying to think of something more interesting for mine, but haven't come up with any ideas. :dunce:

Now to comment on your Alfa GT shots, they are both stunning. I gotta agree with you, the car is beautiful. I remember seeing one in a supermarket parking lot, it looks so good in real life.

Anyway, on to the shots. I love the look of the first one. The way you controlled the colour and saturation of the image. It is really interesting and looks great. The car looks really good too, very clean and shiny. Good blur and angle and all and all sweet shot. I do agree with Beerzy though, the red on the car is a little strong, but that is nothing really major.

The second is so different from the first, nice desaturated feel and a great soft look really give the car a different look. Great reflections on the car and another superb shot.

Once again I love this update, you never seem to make a shot that I don't like. I love you style, so keep up the amazing work. I look forward to your next update. 👍

Both Alfa updates are fantastic ... the lighting and tone are really spotted on
beautiful stuff 👍
