IDK about AU/NZ but I'm pretty sure that having sex with anyone under 18 no matter what your age is illegal in the US. Sure you can look all you want though, as long as it's not explicitly pornography. That's a big no-noAha! I am an exemption!

They're a bunch of women dressing up as schoolgirls for the attention of creeps.
No perving on 15 year olds!
No perving on anyone. It's creepy to perv on anyone.
Unless they consent to it.
I started it. Looks weird, the left to right style of reading it trips me up. My first time reading something KoreanGirls of the Wilds chapter 179:
Wimp main character finally does something cool to impress the girl who has a total crush on him. Took 179 chapters... the 179th week to make it happen. That's over 3 years. Wow.
Worrying that someone being sexually attracted to cartoon characters who look like they're 8 may have a negative effect on their mental health and social life and possibly get them arrested despite having not caused any harm to anyone* is incessant politics. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight...
Oh, and...
Anyway, the other reason that people perving on Mami Tomoe in particular annoys me is that I actually like Mami as a character, and seeing other people acting like that has a negative effect on my perception of an utterly superb piece of storytelling. So, yeah.
*I'm not a psychologist, but I'd guess that those who are into lolicon stuff are more likely to be child abusers simply because they clearly already have dodgy preferences, to say the least; however I can't actually find a direct way in which that stuff harms anyone, although by proxy it may encourage some creeps to do horrible things, which is a thought that unnerves me.
