After reading up amateur explanations on the net, FLCL still didn't make no full damn sense. However it makes more sense now. I'm not too cooly with a remake though, unless if it's done properly...

It will never make sense trough reading. You have to rewatch it.

I'd say by the third time the thing will make full sense.
