Correct!

My HMV binge over Christmas was nowhere near as large as the binge I'm going on in the summer...

I wish I could say the same, but I'm looking to get another guitar..

And your vinyls? You were after some Iron Maiden ones. Any luck finding them?

To be honest, I've been slacking, I need to pop down to that shop that sells Vinyls at some point. I'll try next weekend and let you know. 👍

At my school there's about 25 people who listen to Iron Maiden. 25 out of 1500.

There's probably 100 or so people who are Metalheads, but a lot don't listen to Iron Maiden.

My school is very ignorant about music :(

1500 people in a school!!! WOW!!! Mine only has about 700. There are loads of metalheads but no one knows about Maiden, except for some who know it exists but don't really like it. Then the other few like the songs that everyone knows. Then there are one or two actual fans.

This pretty much sums it up for my school.

Mines got about 900, but is shrinking rapidly. Most of the people over here know of Maiden because I walk around the school with them playing off my phone at full blast and not caring what people got to say about it.

I'm ususally against loud phone music, but in that case I would definitely be willing to make an exception...

In terms of other Iron Maiden fans, I only personally know 4-5 out of 33,000 inhabitants in my area. In Wales, not Germany.

I usually blast any good metal and when someone tells me to turn it off I just laugh and keep walking. It's always good or I won't play it.

I tend to buy headphones and play things at full blast; this usually meands other people can hear what I'm listening to but at a more 'acceptable' volume level.

I don't think everybody else likes GT1 menu musics, the Bee Gees, Primus or an endless stream of guitar solos courtesy of the Satch.

But I do have loud, metal ringtones. And I do delibrately take an age answering my phone...

I do this. I had a set way back when that would echo through the halls. Man I loved those things.

Very much loved.

...me too. Flight of Icarus studio and Live After Death, For Whom the Bell Tolls, AC/DC so many more.
.

Slash, me, you and Skython are like peas in a transcontinental, English influeced pod.

Tom is our oppressive ringleader.

Yupp. Well said. It'd be pretty sweet to meet up sometime in life haha.

I think you guys are too young to go flying around the world, unfortunately.

There's always GT5 online. Except I'm not in that club yet...

 I'm the ring-leader. :sly:

Purely for the analogy. You English and your imperialistic ways...

I'm the oldest, therefore the leader. Haha.

Is there an Iron Maiden song I don't like? Hmm. I find Killers to be quite a passive album and I'd now rate it last, below NPFTD. But that's because I'm 'indifferent' to it, and not that I particularily dislike it.

But as for a song that I actually do not like, I'm not sure. It'd be an interesting thing to discuss.

In pure statistical terms, No Prayer For The Living is the Iron Maiden song that I have skipped the most times, with nine skips. Which is odd because I do like it.

Virtual XI felt empty in my opinion. Maiden will never have a best album, because all their albums are great.

This is true, but Virtual XI and X Factor are exempt from my evaluations because I haven't listened to them yet.

You mean No Prayer for the Dying lol

I can send you the songs via Email if you would like?

Is that the album version or the live video before I play it. Cause some songs were recorded live on that tour then overdubbed live. Some studio too. Most weren't though.
